Biography
Ms. Gloria Cardenas is an experienced immigration attorney, and owner of FAMILIA AMERICA LLC, an immigration law firm representing individuals in the U.S. and around the world. She earned her BA from UCLA and JD from UC Law, San Francisco. She is passionate about achieving her client’s dream of employment in the U.S., lawful status and citizenship. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and was recognized by the Daily Journal as one of the Top 40 Litigators under 40 in California. Ms. Cardenas was recognized as 30 Women to Watch by Utah Business Magazine. She has successfully represented hundreds of immigrants before the immigration court saving many from deportation. Ms. Cardenas assists companies in their goal of hiring temporary or full time workers.
She is the daughter of the Honorable Raymond Cardenas, Retired, one of the founding members of the Mexican American Bar Association. She is a native of Los Angeles, mother of four and resides in Utah and Northern California with her Canadian husband.
She has over 250,000 followers including Tiktok and Instagram where she is known as the Immigration Queen and imparts her knowledge to millions about immigration processes, policies and pathways to citizenship.
