I'll start off by sayin she basically stole my money and did nothing for me. All she wanted to talk was money money money and not one time did she make me feel like I was in good hands. She lied every chance she had and always kept very important details about my case instead of being 100% honest she... would go around the reality of the case and just lie. The day I hired her was the worse day ever she wouldn't even want to attend a couple hearing because she was either on stupid vacation spending the money she takes from people like me or she just wasn't felling "good". I regret hiring her because thanks to her I almost got deported and of course in order for you to even ask a question through email or phone calls they MADE SURE you knew it was going to cost you to get an answer. Familia America and all staff is seriously the most ridiculous untrained company. Now if any of you are seeking for REAL help I definitely suggest avoing her and hiring a well trained lawyer because you WILL regret it if you end up in her BS. She made me do things that weren't even NECESSARY at all just because she couldn't find a way to help she would just tell me to do this or this will happen in court or do that or that will happen in court so I would comply with the requests and she NEVER mentioned anything that she made me do in court so why the hell would she make me do things that were never going to be brought up in my hearings.? Again don't waste your time with Gloria Cardenas or any of her unprofessional staff. Look for someone else! That's why she's holds 8.8 out 10 because she isn't the best at what she does and she shouldn't even have a license for this when she can't even learn to treat people with respect. She's a waste of time and WILL be a waste of your money. AVOID HER

Thanks to Gloria Cardenas my brother, mother and I were all able to successfully receive our U visas. Thanks to this we were able to receive our social security cards and workers permits. After the waiting process, we were all able to receive our Green Cards. We are extremely grateful for her advice ...and making this process as tolerable as possible. Her team kept us up to date every step of the way. We look forward to going back in 3 years to file for our citizenship.

If you want a good lawyer Gloria Cardenas is the best lawyer ever I will recommend her to any one that needs help with their immigration status she will make things much easy for you she is grate on understanding you she will answer all your questions and explain to you everything she is doing and sh...e will keep you inform of everything I am really satisfied with her work she is the best their can be

I heard about the lawyer from my daughter Mayra . My family had a case with her previously and she had helped them to obtain their residency. I had decided to present my case to her. I thought that I would not be able to obtain my residency. I had applied previously without a lawyer and had received... a notice that I could not continue my case. When I came to see Gloria she gave me hope that I was going to be able to get my residency and I felt very hopeful. At first I applied through my husband’s petition for me. When I came to see Gloria she advised me that my daughter could make my request . We started the paperwork and a year later I have my residence. During this process the attorney kept us informed and answered all my questions The process is very long and I suggest being patient. There are times when one is desperate and wants to see immediate results but Gloria knows her job well and get results in your favor.
