Pay Attention, you'll Thank me for it.
Glen Cook was my first foray into the scary world of Disability. I had spoken with his paralegal? over the phone & thought, she was great, she asked all the right questions and felt my case was a slam dunk. (It was). She set up a consult for the next day. However, Cook was not as impressive. (Just d...

Excellent and Knowledgeable Attorney
I applied for Social Security Disability (SSD) and was denied. I went online to find an attorney to help me with my case. Mr. Cook agreed to meet with me and see whether he would take on my case. I loved that Mr. Cook was very straightforward and didn't sugar coat anything. He let me know how everyth...

Appalled by his actions
Mr. Cook was hired by my wife and I for her SS disability case over 2 years ago. At first, he seemed brash but hard-working and told us he would do everything he could to help my wife. Apparently this involves terse email responses, filing some papers, not advising his client, & not believing in them...

Severely Mistreated
Mr. Cook was seemingly intelligent at first examination. I was told I had a strong case. Half a year later Mr.Cook informs me that he was firing me as a client, after I learned I was denied ssi. He was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I'm a single mom and now waisted seven months with Mr.Cook...
Unfortunately, there are times when we withdraw from representation of clients, particularly if we find they have been inaccurate in their statements or become abusive. We work very hard for our clients, but will withdraw when their behavior is inappropriate or their statements incorrect.

Mr. Cook is my choice
Mr. Cook understands Social Security law and helped get the maximum benefits for me. I feel he was well prepared to go to trial by understanding all the medical issues I face. I appreciate that he took the time to meet with me several times. He, or his staff always returned my phone calls and answer...
I'm pleased we achieved the standard of client care we set for ourselves. . We meet with every client before the hearing. We also commit to returning client calls by the next business day. In fact, at the end of the case we send the client a survey asking if their calls were returned. It's that important to us.
"I endorse this lawyer. I have watched Glen in trial and he is confident, prepared and outstanding in presentation. He had an experienced prosecutor completely flustered and flailing."
"Glen is a fantastic criminal defense lawyer. He is very smart and always puts his clients' interests ahead of his own. I highly recommend him!"
"Glen was my lawyer before I went to law school. Then after graduating he was handling all of the public defender cases in a small city where I got my first job as a prosecutor. He is excellent to work with no matter which side you are on."
"I endorse this lawyer. Glen's reputation for zealously defending clients is second to none. Glen has many year of experience, which shows in the courtroom on behalf of his clients."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Glen for many years. He has an excellent reputation in the legal field. He works hard for his clients and has an important focus in the legal and non-legal community."
"Glen is a fantastic lawyer! In a murder trial that we did together, he did the best cross examination of the State's expert witness I have ever seen. His cross examination was a major reason the jury found our client not guilty."
"Glen is a great attorney. He is very smart and very articulate. He also is very organized and thorough, so he will not miss appropriate issues involving a case. He will do a great job for any of his clients."
"Glen's expertise in Social Security matters is a great asset to any client who hires him to help them with their needs."

I got cited for an unsafe lane change in Utah. No accident. Just a goofy move. I don't feel like I deserve this ticket.
