I have been privleged to practice law for the last 34 years. As an attorney, in my career I have prosecuted criminal cases while in the Navy and defended the State of Utah while with the Utah Attorney General's office and defended injury claims while I was an attorney with Allstate Insurance.
However, I enjoy working FOR injured clients by far the most. I think that my work with Allstate Insurance gives me a great deal of insight into how insurance companies work and how insurance adjusters think. I can use that knowledge for my clients now to maximize the recovery on their claims.
While I work hard at my job (and my wife, Robin, as one of my paralegals works just as hard), we are also able to play in the great outdoors that is Utah. We use our free time (especially now since all of our five children are grown and out the door) to hike ithe mountains in the summer and snowshoe and cross-country ski them in the winter, bike as much as possible (around our home in Park City is our favorite, along with Yellowstone) and kayak the lakes of Utah and ocean off of California.
My entire team of paralegals, their assistants, my associate attorney and other support staff on our team (there are nine of us on my team) are dedicated to working for our injured clients to make sure that their claims are completely researched and presented fully to the insurance company. We don't hesitate to take cases into litigation if necessary to make the insurance companies pay claims fairly.

Comfort and trust
Mr. McGee is not only an outstanding lawyer, but he made me feel very comfortable. Being the first lawyer I have ever dealt with, he was ver straightforward and honest. I felt I could trust him, and that instinct/feeling was right in the end. I would feel comfortable recommending him to anyone.

Excellent attorney
Mr. McGee worked hard to get a settlement for me. They talked to me whenever I needed a question answered and they called me to keep me up to date on the case. I would not have gotten the settlement that I did if it wasn't for the work that this lawyer did for me. Did a great job and I am grateful...
