Federal Case

I hired Walter Bugden in a federal case he was able to get me released from California jail and able to come to Utah to face my charges. He was able to get all charges dropped. I could not have been happier. He was very clear on the possible outcomes of the case. I would without a doubt recommend him... to any family or friend !

Excellent Job

Wally was my attorney for a federal white collar criminal case in 2013. The outcome was excellent thanks to Wally's ability to speak with the prosecutors and other attorneys involved in the case. I like him because he is a straight shooter, experienced, respectful of client resources (i.e. very cons...cientious about trying to save me money), and realistic. He will not blow smoke and tells you how it is. He also knows criminal law and has relationships with many of the government prosecutors and other attorneys--this can be invaluable when trying to work out a deal or get information. Because of Wally's light touch and ability to speak with the other side, my restitution order was set aside and the case resolved favorably. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others facing either state or federal criminal accusations.
