I trust her

I recently consulted Susanne about some legal issues. She is very experienced and calm, and her advice is very rational and helpful.

Susanne saved my son

Susanne fought hard to protect my son from being charged with a crime that would have ruined his entire life. She knew that his future would have been destroyed if he would have had the charges filed against him. She believed in his innocence and fought to protect him. I am so grateful and cannot th...ank her enough. If you need a defense attorney hire Susanne!

Outcome was so much better than we expected.

Ms Gustin represented my daughter recently. She had 3 Misdemeanor charges that stemmed from an argument with her boyfriend. My daughter was really anxious as she had never had charges against her before and no experience with the court system. Ms Gustin was ALWAYS available to answer her questions ...and to let her know exactly how the case was going. When we went to court (pre-trial conference) Ms Gustin was able to get the court to dismiss ALL charges! Competent, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

I'm so glad I contacted Susanne.

I was recently arrested on 2 class C misdemeanor charges. I had never been arrested before. I knew that I would at the very least, have a fine to pay, but I was told that I could potentially be spending some time in jail, which would make me lose my job. Confused and worried, I contacted Susanne, ...and she calmed me down and discussed the situation with me. She worked with me through the process, answering my questions, even when I felt like I might be pestering her, and she was always very friendly. She also had good rapport with both the judge and prosecutor. She discussed my situation with the prosecutor, and they were able to drop one of my charges and have my plea for the other held in abeyance. I must pay a fee, but happily, I'm not going to jail or losing my job. While working on this, she gave me the information to do the steps I'd need to before the court even asked for them, which saved time. This was a much better outcome than I thought was possible when this all began. Thanks a ton Susanne!

Susanne was amazing!

Susanne was the right choice for my case. I put myself into a really tight situation and Susanne was able to get me my best deal. She is highly respected by both the judge, prosecutor, and even other lawyers in the court I was at. At one point while we were in court, a lady turned and said to me that... she could tell my lawyer was fighting hard for me to get a good deal. I highly recommend Susanne. If you need someone who is highly educated and able to understand the complex court systems, Susanne is the best choice!
