Police continued to ... follow up on this case every year. Resolved case by having all charges dropped except minor traffic violation. Client never had to return to the US for trial or negotiations. After resolution he was able to return home to the US and get a passport and return back to his family living outside of the US.

In 1996, client supposedly stopped for DUI, vehicle fled as officer got out of the car. After high speed chase, felony evasion, police gave up and went to clients home & work to wait for him. Caught a ... nd escaped from custody and was on the run for more than 15 years. Thought he was safe until one day when he was on a cruise ship stopped in one of the US ports he was arrested on the cruise ship and extradited to Washington for trial. Arranged for bail for client and he returned home to Florida. Then by pretrial motions all charges were dropped and client won't have to deal with this concern again.
