Biography
I am a motorcycle rider, ex-nurse and now a lawyer. These past and current experiences allow me to understand what happened in your case and more to the point allows me to best represent you in your potential case. I know how motorcycle crashes happen - I understand the medical issues. Having successfully represented many motorcycle crash victims I am skilled at advocating for you.
I also practice in the field of medical malpractice. Being an ex-nurse working in the burn trauma unit at the University of Utah I understand the medicine and know what to look for in a medical malpractice case. I know what goes on behind the closed doors of the operating room and every door that appears closed be it a hospital or a doctor's office.
I will go to trial if that is what it takes to get a fair settlement from the insurance comapanies.
I enjoy my work and appreciate the people who have allowed me to represent their interests in motorcycle and medical malpractice cases.
