Lack of comunication
I would never recommend them, very little communication, we were told at our first meeting we wouldn't need any money down, then all we received as far as any updates was emails asking for money. We are not impressed. no contact for weeks then a email asking for money, when my wife asked about the p...
Brad Beckett-You know that this is not true. Our first agreement, which my client (your girlfriend) signed, says I required a $1500 retainer for expenses prior to representing her. That was October 7, 2024. She did not pay the retainer for expenses. I gave her one month, and then asked in November 2024 for the retainer. It is now March 2025 and my client (your girlfriend) never paid the retainer. In the meantime, I sent a letter to my client's former employer, spoke many times with the Labor Commission, filed a Charge of Discrimination with the Utah Labor Commission, exchanged numerous emails with you and girlfriend, spoke to you both by phone, and had video meetings. Today, I received an email from you with a picture of a naked man, which you also sent to the Utah Labor Commission. I sent my client and you an email telling you to never send something like that and especially not to the Labor Commission. You emailed me back a snarky response. I sent you and my client an email telling you that I can no longer represent my client (your girlfriend) and also provided you with a list of attorneys who could probably help. I am not perfect and open to criticism. However, Brad, you know this is not true.

Significant Help with my Case
Michele was kind, responsive and knowledgeable regarding the details of my case. She assisted in providing guidance and legal advice regarding litigation options against a former employer as well as advice regarding the defense of a small claims case with the same employer. I would highly recomme...

Highly Recommend Michele Anderson-West
Michele Anderson-West represented my husband and me in an absolutely ridiculous case that was brought on by someone who loves to litigate and enjoys trying to ruin the lives of innocent people. Just an evil person. Ms. Anderson-West could see the truth and facts in the evidence provided and went ab...

She’ll go for the easy settlement, thats about it
Michelle was pretty nice at first but her intentions became questionable. I filled a claim against my employer. She seemed to be on my side but then she started advising me to do things that I felt work against my best interest. I still did them, because I thought she was the professional. Sh...
I pride myself on always being honest with clients as to the strengths and weakness of their case. Sometimes clients, such as the person above, has expectations that are not warranted by the facts or by associated laws. It is apparent that I did not communicate effectively with this client and will work very hard to ensure effective communication and manage client expectations going forward.
