She’ll go for the easy settlement, thats about it

Michelle was pretty nice at first but her intentions became questionable. I filled a claim against my employer. She seemed to be on my side but then she started advising me to do things that I felt work against my best interest. I still did them, because I thought she was the professional. Sh...e stopped investigations from continuing with the Equal Employment Opportunity Coalition without telling me. Conversations became a battle to get her to listen to me and stop believing my employer. When I got the right to sue. She disappeared and became difficult to get ahold of. Right as we approached the filing due date for the right to sue. She called me into a meeting and dropped me. So I wouldn’t be able to file the right to sue. I found out about some of the questionable stuff she did, when I contacted the EEOC and asked them how I could file the right to sue without an attorney. Unfortunately Michele’s disappearance and waiting until the end to drop me, caused me to miss my chance of filling. It was as if she was working with former employer, the entire time to sabotage my case. My employers attorney knew what my employer had done. I understand he was doing his job, as much as I disagree with his methods. I just never thought Michelle would just believe everything he said and just go along with it.

I pride myself on always being honest with clients as to the strengths and weakness of their case. Sometimes clients, such as the person above, has expectations that are not warranted by the facts or by associated laws. It is apparent that I did not communicate effectively with this client and will work very hard to ensure effective communication and manage client expectations going forward.

I highly recommend Michele Anderson-West to represent you in matters relating to age/religious discrimination. Her professionalism, efficiency, knowledge and attention to detail in a timely manner made my experience dealing with a dificult situation more comfortable and understandable. Her calm dem...eanor and sensitivity to personal issues helped me focus on the legal/positive aspects of the case and what I was entitled to. Her efforts led to a satisfactory outcome. She's in it for the money

Michele Anderson-West hung up on me when I asked if she is afraid to take on judges and Mormon culture. I only asked about that when I asked what her question about number of employees, etc. had to do with my reasons for discrimination by the Daily Herald, a Provo, Utah-based newspaper. And prior to ...that, we had held a dialogue about circumstances related to the case. It was after that that I asked if she was about the money or helping people. She refused to answer the question.

Anonymous- I am sorry to hear that I did not answer all of your questions. The number of employees a business has is one of the first questions asked because employers with less than 15 employees have different legal protections than those with 15 or more employees. In order to thoughtfully answer your questions and provide relevant solutions-the number of employees is absolutely relevant and necessary. If you would like to call back or meet in person, I am happy to address each of your questions. Best regards, Michele Anderson-West

The Very Best

Michele Anderson-West as the best lawyer I could have hired for my employer discrimination case. She cared about my case and made sure I understood each step of the way. She returned my calls and emails quickly, usually that same day. I had many questions and she patiently answered each one. She ...was always professional in her correspondence with the defendant but was firm when she needed to be. I received copies of all correspondence. One email from the defendant's lawyers thanked my lawyer for her professionalism. Michele Anderson-West was the perfect lawyer for my case because of her knowledge of employment discrimination and her hard work in winning my case.

The truth in plain sight

A straight view into what I experienced with segregation in 2016. Times haven't changed since segregation was abolished. It is exercised throughout America's work force and currency is the outcome to justify the wrong. The law will bend but won't break. I witnessed a good person, truly with all effo...rts, effectively prove segregation on the job site. My case was a matter of "I JUST DON'T BELIEVE YOU AND CONSTRUCTION SITES ARE WHERE CHEAP LABOR IS A BIG BUSINESS, AND PROTECTED IF THE PRICE IS RIGHT". It sounds like a game show with someone's life to sustain a honest living. When it was time for Mrs. West to go to battle and represent me I felt as if my bigger sister showed up with a mouth piece and some boxing gloves on; and when it came time to take off the gloves she did it in a most spectacular way. Just observing Mrs. West's battle against an entity that had already made a decision to keep segregation in the work force, I could see and feel Mrs. West's energy. Her ability to prove and change the wrong that was done to me was spectacular. She sincerely and honestly rose above all the frustration and the time consumption with the mistakes and lies we were up against. Mrs. West would have won my case in any other country, and I truly trusted her professionalism and her conduct was A-1. I recommend her to anyone that feels that NO ONE BELIEVE'S THAT SEGREGATION EXISTS IN TODAY'S WORKING ECONOMY and the only way to fight it is to experience MRS. West representing you. There's an angel in the state of Utah, and that angel's name is Mrs. Michele Anderson-West she's the real deal, THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU'VE DONE, I'M VERY PROUD IN MY LIFE NOW.
