She’ll go for the easy settlement, thats about it
Michelle was pretty nice at first but her intentions became questionable. I filled a claim against my employer. She seemed to be on my side but then she started advising me to do things that I felt work against my best interest. I still did them, because I thought she was the professional. Sh...
I pride myself on always being honest with clients as to the strengths and weakness of their case. Sometimes clients, such as the person above, has expectations that are not warranted by the facts or by associated laws. It is apparent that I did not communicate effectively with this client and will work very hard to ensure effective communication and manage client expectations going forward.

Anonymous- I am sorry to hear that I did not answer all of your questions. The number of employees a business has is one of the first questions asked because employers with less than 15 employees have different legal protections than those with 15 or more employees. In order to thoughtfully answer your questions and provide relevant solutions-the number of employees is absolutely relevant and necessary. If you would like to call back or meet in person, I am happy to address each of your questions. Best regards, Michele Anderson-West

She returned my calls and emails quickly, usually that same day. I had many questions and she patiently answered each one. She ...

The truth in plain sight
A straight view into what I experienced with segregation in 2016. Times haven't changed since segregation was abolished. It is exercised throughout America's work force and currency is the outcome to justify the wrong. The law will bend but won't break. I witnessed a good person, truly with all effo...
