Got me out of a jam
About four years ago I was newly married and had lost my job. On top of losing my job.My driving record was not looking so good. Multiple infractions had piled up against because I was being young,stupid and irresponsible. On a certain day I was taking my truck from one location to another. The registration was expired I had no insurance no drivers license and my break lights were out. Of course I was pulled over and cited for multiple infractions and my truck was impounded. We moved to Texas shortly after the incident. Marco Brown represented me while I was away. My gratitude goes out to him. Guardianship with complete peace of mind!!!
Marco Brown Is wonderful. He represented me in my divorce and later in a guardianship case for my daughter turning eighteen who has Autism. I would highly recommend him, especially if you need help with a guardianship for a special needs child. He knew exactly how to help. The process was quick and smooth. The cost was minimal. There was so much that needed done for my child as she was about to become an adult, that having Marco take care of the guardianship gave me complete confidence and peace of mind that it was being done right and within the time frame needed. He and the other individuals in the office are always very professional and helpful. I never called and didn't feel like the immediate priority. They took care of everything. I felt they addressed my needs and were very knowledgable in the processes for both cases. They filed and scheduled everything as needed. Thank you!

Honest, efficient, effective and simply the best in the field.
I represented myself for almost a year. It was time to find an effective and honest attorney to represent me. Marco said that they were honest and worked as a team to be the most effective possible. Jon Hibshman was assigned as my principle attorney (they consult together, as do doctors for the best outcome). From the start, I was simply amazed at the finess that he handled her (roage) attorney and brought all the wayward pleas back to the case at hand. Obviously, Brown Law is respected by my assigned judge. Jon performed magic wiping away all the fluff that some attorneys produce to enhance their hours. A little over 2 months and an excellent outcome. It is done. Look no further for the best legal team in Utah, perhaps the whole US. They actually work for You and Your needs!

Guardianship for our special needs son
Marco Brown was very personable, took the time to get to know our son prior to our court date and represented our son in a very professional manner. He took a lot of the anxiety out of the process, particularly since we acted as attorneys pro se to represent ourselves.

Highly Recommend
Marco Brown and his team assisted us with obtaining her guardianship in Utah while she lived in another state so we could move her here with family. We'd been working on this alone for longer than I care to admit, but once we brought Marco and team into the picture, it was completed in under 2 months. I know a lot of work went into making this seem so effortless and I thank them for that. I highly recommend.

Great Lawyers!
I had a great consultation. I felt like he really listen to me. I knew right away this was the lawyer for me. The case was easy but they used all there resources to get the right information for my court date. They had very little time and were easy to work with.

Sad situation made easier
I petitioned the court (through my attorney) for guardianship for my husband, who has advanced Alzheimer's. My attorney, Nate Wall, recommended Mr. Brown represent my husband. He handled the case professionally and made a sad, uncomfortable situation much easier. Mr. Wall had informed Mr. Brown of the current situation and fortunately I didn't have to say a single word in court. Thanks, Marco.

Helped Me Out
Marco was always straight up with me in terms of what he believed would happen in my case. That helped me mentally prepare for court, and to get through my case. I felt as though Marco and McKenzie fought for my rights as a father, and that was important to me.

My wife and myself hired Marco for our case and he not only expedited the process quicker than expected, he helped us understand the details of our family case and even gave us a really great deal on the price (I think anyways). Incredible Attorney
Marco Brown is an incredible lawyer and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking resolution. Not only did he do exactly what we wanted him to do, he never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable. And to top it off he is personable. He isn't just in this for the money, he truly cares about what he does and his clients. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is covered and that you are taken care of no matter what the outcome may be. He gives you all of the information so you are prepared for anything that could happen and is honest with you, a big plus when it comes to a lawyer. All of the legal process that comes with petitioning for guardianship is confusing enough, but Marco made it a smooth and worry free process. My experience was definitely worth the time and expense. Getting it over with when someone is being difficult is already a bad experience. Marco Brown was very Knowledgeable. Definitely an experienced Law Practitioner that I would recommend for anyone going through similar experience.

Remarkable and Amazing!!
I contacted Marco a year ago for a child custody/divorce case. He came highly recommended by someone else who had used him for something similar. Choosing him as my attorney was by far the best choice. He has been nothing short of remarkable and amazing!!! Its never easy going through things like this but knowing Marco and his team were by my side fighting for me really helped. He listened to all of my needs and concerns and made them his own. I will definitely be recommending him to everyone!!
