Dallas is an attorney with the law firm of Petro & Associates, where his practice emphasizes on criminal defense ranging from simple misdemeanor defense to defense in the most complex felony cases. He represents his clients in the justice courts, district courts, and appellate courts of the State of Utah.
Since moving to Petro & Associates, Dallas has continued his personal injury practice but now focuses only on plaintiffs' work and no longer does insurance defense work in the personal injury field, and continues to fight for his clients against their insurers on insurance claims, coverage disputes, and bad faith claims.
Dallas has continued his work with title insurance companies and is heavily involved in real property litigation, both for title insurers and for private clients.
Dallas represents clients at both the trial and appellate levels. He is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in Utah, and in the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
