Daniel R. Hardee

There is not much to write here.....I have only meet with Dan once and then retained him. I will say that there office and professionalism made my old attorney ( which I am in the process of filing a complaint with the local bar ) look like the joke that he is..... Dan and there team seem to have a ...pulse of the divorce community here and he did more in 30 minutes than my old attorney did in 30 weeks. I will update as things unfold .....my pictular case is very complex and difficult to fix.... But i have complete confidence that Dan can get it done.

I was in an EXTREMELY complex case that was the result of multiple factors but involved many "experts" and multiple changes of council. I have experienced being represented by TWO other attorneys offices, one of which is extremely well known. Neither of these offices did half of what Dan and his assi...stant Brandi did for us. Dan battled for me like he was fighting for his own children and managed to be the perfect combination of hard nosed but able to negotiate effectively when compromise needed to be made. He helped me focus on the things that were most important and gave me very CLEAR and CONCISE direction in every meeting. He also was forthcoming with EVERY expense and never proceeded without going over the different options and the expense of each. He thought of things NEITHER other attorneys had noticed in the details of a case this large and acted quickly to right wrongs done and get my case back on the right course. He also did not It proved how carefully and thoroughly he approached things. He came recommended to me originally by the office manager (who was a family member) of a large firm in another town, as a lawyer that was highly regarded for both his excellence as an attorney and his moral conduct. I found this to be 100% true of him and his staff. My case was one that other lawyers had said was not possible to turn around, Dan turned it around completely without using lies or the dishonest tactics Ive seen happen in the courtroom. I can't emphasize enough that if you are going to trust someone with the future of .your life and your children's future, you want no less than than Dan Hardee. I risked my life on him and it was the best choice I ever made. I'll be tucking my babies into bed tonight because of him.

Dan and his entire start exceeded all of my expectations! Dan was tough as nails with respect to opposing council in helping me to best protect my children. While I appreciated that unlike me he was generally unaffected the personal.Have from the opposing council, he was very much on top of ensur...ing that the other side was abreast of our stance. Dan kept me informed and was responsive to my calls. Dan's assistant Brandi was exceptional as well! She was always quick to respond to my questions and was exceedingly compassionate with regard to the most sensitive topics in my case. Dan helped me to identify the things that we're most important to me my case and helped me fight relentlessly for them. In the end, I have accomplished most of what I set out to do and only compromised on those things that Dan advised to do. I would recommend Dan to any one but definitely those with high conflict cases as Dan has the tenacity to stand up for you!
