Hired Scott for estate and domestic planning for myself and my significant other. Scott, so far, has done a great job representing me in a difficult case. My partner passed suddenly without a will and I have to deal with 5 siblings, their spouses and mom. Mom is great and the siblings have been somewhat difficult. Scott has explained things well and ensured my interests were co...vered in a contract before we proceed with probate so that they can't change their mind. Scott worked hard to gather details of the case. The case drug on for a long time with several frustrating turns of event. The result might have been more favorable had he been more forceful in pursuing witnesses and cross examining at trial. It is his nature to "play nice" ...an attribute that did ...not pay off in this case.
