Daniel R. Hardee

I hired Dan Hardee and his team in 2017 to do a modification to my divorce decree and get custody of my son. They worked very hard to achieve everything I wanted at that time. We had a solid slam dunk case. However, a new judge on the bench threw out our 30 page court evaluation. She gave my ex 'on...e more chance' to prove herself. In 2020, I hired Dan Hardee again to modify the custody due to a material change. Dan and his team worked diligently to 'right the wrong' from the last trial. Dan and his team communicate very well. They are responsive and helpful in all matters. They kept me up to date on everything happening with my trial. Dan met with me the day before my final trial, as well, to help me understand how we would be proceeding with the trial. This time, I ended up with my son full time due to Dan's hard work with everything. He is an advocate for his client and will do his best to represent your interests. I used Dan for a modification and during the first consultation, he wanted to make sure I knew what was unrealistic to ask for because it wouldn't be awarded. I appreciated that up front honesty which just continued throughout the process. He made sure I knew all the risks, some of which we could mit...igate and some of which where not in our control. The only promise he made is that he would do his absolute best to represent me. I believe he full-filled that promise. I feel he considered my children's well being very important during the whole process. As for the technical details, he is well versed in family law and well practiced. During the proceeding, he gave options that included time, emotional (especially for the kids,) and fiscal costs which was nice. His only agenda was in fair representation. I have called him on a couple of occasions after the initial modification and he convinced me that the cost vs potential rewards didn't add up.
