Bonner Charles Walsh

I spent months seeking an attorney for an extremely complicated case. Many dismissed me, stating that I simply have no arguments, that it is a difficult to case to understand, that I do not have enough evidence, among many other reasons. Bonner spent more than two hours meeting with me on a Zoom sess...ion for an initial consultation after having spent time reviewing the documents I sent him. He continued to update me after I sent him a comprehensive document detailing the case without my even having to check in. After spending more than six weeks evaluating the case and even reaching out to colleagues for further opinions, he clearly stated what hesitations he has regarding the case, unlike many others who left me in the dust, either never following up again and/or not fully doing their investigating properly, among many other reasons. Bonner stands out as someone who genuinely cares to help others who are undergoing difficulties. We discussed how the situation could potentially be revived in the future, and he even entertained the idea of helping me connect with a colleague of his if I continue to remain unsuccessful in my endeavors. He is thorough, approachable, and sincere. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars, he entails excellence and is truly a rare breed in the world that is consisted of consumer protection attorneys!

I reached out in hopes that I would be able to have the same experience as others. I have done a lot of research on my vehicle it being 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe sport. I found him listed as a lawyer to consult if needing help with advice to the lawsuit back in 2021. My vehicle is involved in the lawsuit... and has had an engine replacement done prior. I would explain my situation fully but this would be an essay, long story short I reached out and wasn’t even able to even discuss my scenario fully without being rudely interrupted and asked questions, which I answered, but then was rudely told he has thousands and thousands of cases, I understand completely Hyundai has a lot of these cars so it’s expected, but then told me he took a week off [redacted] and unless I want to pay an hourly rate of $700 then he would be willing to listen to me. I insisted I could pay the $700 because I believe that I have a case and I have the money, my fiance is a driller in the mines for gold he makes over a 100,000 a year so we would be willing to pay for him as our lawyer if he had not treated me poorly after our first phone call. Completely understand that we all have bad days but to take it out on me [redacted] and that you have thousands and thousands of cases. You could be a lot nicer about it and say I’m going through a hard time right now and don’t have the time to take your case I apologize and I wish you the best. Then I could have gone my way nicely and wouldn’t be writing this review. Unprofessional I’m sure that’s not the case with everyone who contacts him and maybe I just caught him on a bad day but I was highly disappointed.

I had an issue with a 2021 Ram pickup. First attorney I called did not respond. Second attorney could not handle the case and referred Bonner Walsh. After our initial conference, I retained Bonner to assist me in resolving my case. Bonner followed up and filed the suit. We stayed in touch over ...the four months on a regular basis until the case was resolved. Bonner's explanation of the Statute that impacted the resolution was realistic and spot on. Bonner was a true blessing for my family and I! My vehicle was impacted by a recall addressed in an ongoing class action suit. Unfortunately, the manufacturer denied to cover the vehicle under their warranty even after numerous escalations and emails to their executive team. Frantic and hopeless I be...gan doing my research on the class action and came across Bonner.
