Bonner is amazing. If you have a lemon law, or automobile recall issue, don't hesitate to contact him!

I found Bonner because he was listed as one of the class counsel attorneys for the KIA Theta II engine settlement and I was looking for assistance/advice with the claim I had filed with KIA regarding my engine failure. Short story...in my opinion, and Bonner's, KIA failed my family in several ways, ...including some of it's direct obligations under the settlement, and was not compensating me in full for all of my "out of pocket, reasonable repair related expenses". Upon reaching out to Bonner, he was extremely generous with his time in contacting me back & letting me know the most efficient way for us to communicate, then all the way through the entire process all the way up to and including the BBB Arbitration process. Despite being an extremely well versed and thorough class action attorney, and therefore in VERY high demand and extremely busy, Bonner was always very prompt, polite, transparent, and helpful, in his communications with me. A few other reviews here accuse Bonner of being curt or impolite, well, let me tell you those folks are dead wrong in their interpretations. I found Bonner to be exactly the opposite, helping me when he really didn't have to and could have simply blown me off as yet another in the group of millions covered under the settlement who experienced issues with their KIA engines. The demand for Bonner's services and time simply require him to be concise, transparent, and direct to the point in his communications...as his extremely busy schedule demands. But let me tell you, despite his demanding schedule, Bonner was ALWAYS engaged when I emailed him, offering sound advice and guidance, and reviewing every piece of documentation/evidence I submitted to both KIA and the BBB throughout my case despite there being no billable hours for him, or other reason to be so helpful...other than trying to do the right thing for someone seeking assistance against a big corporate manufacturer who failed its customers. Unfortunately, due to the somewhat unique nature of my case (engine failed out of state and KIA never offered me a loaner vehicle, or informed me I was entitled to one under the settlement, causing me to incur huge rental vehicle fees they would not fully reimburse) the BBB, who clearly barely reviewed any of my documentation Bonner so clearly advised me on, quickly sided with KIA out of hand and I lost my appeal. HOWEVER, this is through no fault of Bonner's whatsoever, and in fact, he had advised me that this was likely going to be the outcome. Bonner remained steadfast and supportive in reviewing documentation and providing advice and assistance despite that outlook and the long odds. Bonner even emailed me afterwards and informed me what after-action items he was going to bring to the judge who presided over the original class action case, ensuring me he was going to use my poor experience with the BBB Arbitration process as grounds for future improvements for claimants in this and other settlements. Bottom line, if you have an issue that brought you here to review Bonner's endorsements, don't hesitate to hire him...he's definitely your Attorney. Highly recommend

I reached out to them about a issue regarding Kia and a case action lawsuit. He has been very responsive to emails day & night and has guided me through this entire process. Though we're still in limbo with Kia, I'm very grateful for the help he has provided so far and he has kept me optimistic about... the outcome moving forward. I can't thank him enough for putting the time into this for me and not get tired of all my questions!

Rude

I emailed Walsh regarding the Hyundai Class Action and I guess I sent one too many emails. Because he did not respond to the second email, so I sent a third email and Wow his response was so rude and impolite and the tone in his email was uncalled for. So when I responded by calling him out on... his rudeness, he responded basically telling me F…..off and find someone else to help me. I’m happy those 5 star reviewers were satisfied…….I definitely was not.

I wanted to take the time to respond to this review. While Lavette was not my client, she was one of the millions of class members in a class action that was resolved in 2020. Since that case closed, I have assisted thousands of people with issues they had or just generally with the claims process. Generally, I get along with everyone during this process, but given the numbers sometimes people are just not going to mesh. There were more emails exchanged than noted. The last two emails Lavette referenced sending me, were blank, did not ask a question, and were after I had made an inquiry for her and had advised it would take some time for Hyundai to get back to me. The sending of duplicative blank emails rubbed me the wrong way and I let her know. However, there was not an email “basically telling me F off” at least that is not how I read it or it was intended. Regardless I am open about how I do business. There was no confidential information in these emails, so below is the email string for you to judge. The actual emails are in quotes following the explanatory headings. Due to how AVVO formats these I am inserting "_'s" to separate them. ______________________________________________________________ The claimed “F off Email” ______________________________________________________________“I am a very responsive individual. I try and be respectful of people and their time. I am sorry that you did not find it that way. I sent a further response with information that I obtained. Since you do not find me as someone you would like to interact with I suggest that you follow with someone else should you need further assistance. In case you missed the other email, it seems that information was requested but you did not respond and deadlines were missed. I hope that you are able to find the assistance that you need.” ______________________________________________________________ Lavette’s email “calling me out.” ______________________________________________________________ “You are a very rude individual. I sent the second email in error. The 3rd email was sent because I didn’t get a response from you when I sent the corrected VIN, considering how quickly you responded when I sent the incorrect VIN. The hundreds of emails you get per day is not my concern. The way you responded today with that unprofessional email, I sure could have responded a few days ago with a more appropriate email. I will just wait to hear from you. “ ______________________________________________________________ My initial email following the blank emails that were sent. ______________________________________________________________ “I got your first, second and current email on this. I have reached out to who I needed to. In fact, I did it Wednesday at 3:16:30 pm. They have not responded. I have followed up twice. I get hundreds of emails each day. You don't need to keep responding to the same one with blank info. If you have questions or something fine. But please do not send me blank emails that take zero time for you to generate. I try and respond to each and every email with substance. I ignored the last few because they were blank. Please wait at least until next Tuesday to reach back out. I hope to have some answers before then, but I am not in control of how fast other people respond to my inquiries. Bonner”

I would like to start by saying what a huge help Bonner was for me. I contacted him about an issue I had with Hyundai as he was one of the class attorneys in the case. He immediately reached out to Hyundai and got my issue resolved within about a week or so. I had attempted to solve my issue on my ow...n, and 6 months later nothing but the run around from Hyundai. The best of the best!

Bonner was a true blessing for my family and I! My vehicle was impacted by a recall addressed in an ongoing class action suit. Unfortunately, the manufacturer denied to cover the vehicle under their warranty even after numerous escalations and emails to their executive team. Frantic and hopeless I be...gan doing my research on the class action and came across Bonner.
