I graduated from the University of Idaho with a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science in December of 2010. I went on to continue my education at the University of Idaho College of Law, graduating early in December of 2013, earning a Juris Doctor.
Most recently, my wife and I relocated from Moscow, Idaho, located in North Idaho, back to Southeastern Idaho where we grew up. Being a local product from American Falls, and having participated in events in most Southeast Idaho communities, I am aware of the different communities, their composition, and their needs. During my time in Moscow, Idaho, not only did I attend law school, but I also gained valuable experience working as an extern for the lawfirm of McCormick & Rokyta as a Public Defender. My law practice with Kumm & Reichert, PLLC will focus on criminal defense, Driving under the Influence (DUI), family law, including divorces, custody, child support, modifications, and adoptions, and personal injury cases.
I am a member of the Idaho State Bar Association, and more importantly, I am a member of Southeast Idaho. I look forward to the contributions that I will make and the people I will help through my representation in handling their case. I am dedicated and committed to providing exemplary representation of my clients, whether charged with a crime or involved in a custody dispute.
I am also a sports enthusiast and participated in baseball, football, and basketball, which took me to many of the different communities across Southeast Idaho. During my undergraduate studies, I met my wife, and now we enjoy outdoor and recreational activities all across Idaho, including hunting, bowhunting, fishing, hiking, camping, and skiing. We feel very fortunate to call Pocatello home and to be so close to all of the activities we participate in and the people involved in our lives.
