I cannot judge the skill or aptitude of this man I can speak on his character. I hired him in mid-Demember for custody modification. I heard nothing from him for four weeks. I called. I emailed him and is paralegal and was only told "I know he wants to speak with you" but no response for 4 weeks. Fin...ally called and got him and he said he would draft up a modification for me to approve. He did and I approved it. Then another 4 weeks go by with me taking the same steps as before but even more persistent. Turns out he quit working on my case because my EX intimidated him into dropping it with no legal proof. My ex somehow found out about my case and so was never served and nothing had actually been done. Yet, for four weeks my EX had this knowledge and I did not. Stratton was completely unprofessional and I would never recommend him to anyone.

Laggis Stratton was by far the best Attorney that has ever helped me. He was always on top of the case the whole way through, super easy to talk with, explained everything to me very thoroughly in a way that was easy to understand, and they always sent me all documents very promptly . I'm from Utah and don't know Idaho laws so when I went to Idaho and found my self in a world of trouble I was scared didn't know what to do or who to call. I was given Mr. laggis's name from a bail bondsman and was told he was the best in the state and I needed the best cause was I in trouble I was c...harged with crimes that carries a life sentence for some thing I didn't even do. But there evidence against me was stacking up and seemed impossible to beat. After taking with Stratton Laggis on the phone I knew he was the attorney for me.
