Stratton Paul Laggis

I cannot judge the skill or aptitude of this man I can speak on his character. I hired him in mid-Demember for custody modification. I heard nothing from him for four weeks. I called. I emailed him and is paralegal and was only told "I know he wants to speak with you" but no response for 4 weeks. Fin...ally called and got him and he said he would draft up a modification for me to approve. He did and I approved it. Then another 4 weeks go by with me taking the same steps as before but even more persistent. Turns out he quit working on my case because my EX intimidated him into dropping it with no legal proof. My ex somehow found out about my case and so was never served and nothing had actually been done. Yet, for four weeks my EX had this knowledge and I did not. Stratton was completely unprofessional and I would never recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Laggis walked me through the entire process of my custody case, he was very easy to talk to, only used my retainer when needed, and did everything he said he was gonna do for me. When push comes to shove, he's your guy. I will 100% hire him again in the future. There was absolutely no way i could...'ve done my case without him, he helped save my kids from going back to a very unstable home and we are very grateful for that. Thank you for everything you did. I don't think we can say it enough.

I had the great pleasure of working with Stratton as my custody lawyer. I had never had a custody agreement for my daughter for 4 years and was devastated when her father filed. I was referred to Stratton by my sister in law who had nothing but wonderful things to say them. He called my nerves and an...swered all my questions honestly, even if the outcome wasn't in my favor. I told him I would fight for my daughter and I would not change a thing he did to fight for me.
