I had been attempting for 7-8 months to pursue settling an automobile accident/personal injury with a large insurance company to no avail. I called Alpine Legal Services to see if I could get some advice. They gave me the names of three local attorneys; I called and set up times to interview them.... The third one was Michael Fox. I spoke first with his paralegal, Janelle, who set up an appointment within the next two days; she spent time chatting with me, and I felt valued and taken care of. In the other two cases, I was put off for several days. I met with Michael in person who was warm, friendly and listened attentively and compassionately; I was comfortable enough to be forthright and let down my emotions.
