Daniel N. Noffsinger

Daniel and his staff were there during a very difficult time for me. He was very professional and he and his staff always made the time to get back to me when I had a questions about the process. He and his staff were very good at explaining my rights and explaining the process of divorce and wha...t it entailed. He fought for me when the other side was really trying hard to take what was not rightfully theirs. I am thankful that I had him and his team on my side and now it is easier for me to move forward in my life. My ex and I were to divorce, supposedly amicably, by mediation in what was to be a fast and painless experience. The judge, however, deemed the agreement unfair to me so denied it. In a fit of rage, my ex decided to sic a high cost lawyer on me, paid for by his wealthy parents, to "put me in my plac...e." I had never been in a position to need a lawyer for anything, so was frightened and despairing of what would happen, and how much money I'd have to put on my credit card. In fact, his lawyer called me and bullied me about the case, making me feel vulnerable and attacked - just like my ex husband did during our marriage. In fact, I ended up getting FAR more in the settlement than in the original mediation agreement, which would have left me in abysmal financial straits. I also learned just how terribly my ex was trying to pull one over on me during mediation. I am now attending college so I can get myself back on my own two feet instead of being forced to work a job that would put me and my children in poverty. Dan charges a fair price to represent his clients; yet can put the opposing side's high-powered lawyer to shame. I recommend him because he is fair and just and nothing like the typical smarmy vision people have of lawyers.

Mr. Noffsinger is the best of all worlds: Knowledgeable, well-connected, down to earth, honest, trustworthy, communicative, affordable, unafraid to push hard against the opposition if necessary, among many other great qualities.
