Fast Results

I hired Daniel Kay in October 2015, within a month he had arranged for a deal with the DA that allowed me to keep my job. That is a testament to his experience. He always had fast response to my questions (same day) and his assistants are amazing with their knowledge. Would highly recommend him fo...r any legal issue.

I know I can always count on Mr. Kay

I used dan in 2005 and he went well above my expectations. He did more than I could ever expect. Dan always returns calls in a timely mannor when I have a concern. I recently had to retain him again in a domestic situation and just like before he is always there. He was at my bond hearing and fought ...hard with minimal time to prepare.

Cant say enough

Dan represented me in 2005 on 9 fel charges. He did better than I could have ever hoped for. When I was arrested on domestic charges from my wife attacking me I didnt even have to think about who to call, I already knew. I admit I can be considered a "diffacult" client, But dan always takes the time ...to get back to me if he cant take my call right then and there. He was even able to make it to my bond hearing before I was out of jail. His staff is amaizing as well, Betsy is always polite and makes sure you are up to date in everything.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
