Recommendation of Gary Craw
After suffering fracture of my spinal cord resulting from being hit a careless car-driver while I was riding my bicycle, a defense litigator recommended Gary Craw. I am glad I followed the recommendation. I would have been overwhelmed without Gary’s help. I have no independent memory of the accident or of my first days in the hospital. I had neither the memory nor the strength to have done what Gary and his legal assistant did for me and my wife: Gary developed an effective negotiating strategy that we followed. He advised that I should have patience as we went through the process so I could focus on recovering my health. His legal assistant oversaw payment of, and receipt of reimbursements for. all my medical and related expenses. Gary handled all the negotiations with both the driver’s and my insurance companies. They put together the settlement offers, including gathering all necessary documentation such as expenses and reimbursements, police reports, eye witness statements and an expert report. He and his legal assistant were sympathetic, professional and courteous to my wife and me. Unlike some attorneys, Gary is soft spoken; explains his recommendations, and lets his client make all important decisions with guidance, rather than dictation, from him. He is also well-respected in the Colorado personal-injury legal community. I recommend Gary to anyone who has suffered an injury.

Personal Injury Case
I was involved in a car accident in 2014 where I was injured by a driver who ran a red light. I had never been injured in a car accident before, and had no idea where to turn. I received Gary's name from another attorney, and knew I wanted to hire him the first time I met with him. I did interview 2 different attorneys for my case, and after my appointment with Gary, I knew which attorney to put my trust in. I have NEVER regretted that decision. My injuries did require extensive physical therapy and shoulder surgery, with more physical therapy. The case was open for over 3 years, and Gary as well as his paralegal, Tresa, followed up with me constantly to check on the status of my recovery, and also to keep track of all of my medical expenses, as well as time away from work. I felt that Gary was always accessible, responsive to any questions or concerns I had, and the utmost professional. These cases can be long, tedious, and so very stressful. Gary (and his paralegal Tresa- GREAT TEAM) always took the time to explain the process to me, and address ANY concern I had. I have NEVER regretted hiring Gary to represent me in this case. It took over 3 years, but a fair settlement was reached, and I feel I can move on with my life. I would recommend Gary without reservation.

Gary restored my faith in the legal profession!!!!
I was in a pedestrian accident in 2014 and suffered multiple fractures, a laceration of the spleen, and multiple abrasions. I had extensive medical bills and a long road ahead of me. As a paralegal, I’ve had many encounters with attorneys in the area, none of which I was comfortable in retaining for my case. I did extensive research to find an upstanding and competent attorney. Gary Craw was among one of the top attorneys in Colorado Springs. Now that my case has finalized, I have to say I am so impressed with Gary and his staff. There was never a time that they weren't on top of my case. Gary and Tresa (Paralegal) consistently stayed in contact with me regarding all facets of my case. I didn’t have to worry about anything. I’ve come across a lot of attorneys that promise you the world, but then you can’t reach them and your case is put on the back burner. Not the case here!!! Gary’s years of personal injury experience and extensive knowledge of the law was again impressive. Most importantly Gary’s every move was well thought out and he was honest and realistic in his guidance of my case, which I greatly appreciated. I would without hesitation recommend attorney Gary S. Craw for your legal needs.

Only an excellent attorney can keep civil court civil
When you reach the point in your life where you realize that you need to hire an attorney, so many things have already gone wrong that there is very little normal left. It feels like the last thing you have the energy to do is find the right person to help you get your life back in order. When I got to this point in my life, I had the tremendous good fortune to connect with attorney Gary Craw. Mr. Craw was recommended by an associate, but I made the decision to hire him as counsel based on the feeling of confidence I had the first time that we met. Mr. Craw had an immediate grasp of the complexity of my case and was patient and thorough in sorting out the details. He took meticulous care with my personal information; I always felt comfortable and secure in our conversations. Mr. Craw and his assistant kept me informed on every aspect and issue as the case unfolded. I was involved in each decision as litigation advanced. It was not until trial began, however, that I truly understood the value of his representation. Civil court, if you have not experienced it, is not civil. A trial is an emotional and stress-filled experience with so many layers of protocol and procedure that expert legal counsel is invaluable. Mr. Craw’s knowledge of Colorado law and his understanding of the legal process far exceeded my expectations. He was both the consummate professional and completely personable in the courtroom. He answered every question that I posed and explained everything as the trial unfolded. I do not doubt that without his assistance I would still be embroiled in legal turmoil. I recommend attorney Gary Craw without reservation. His demeanor and expertise took the uncertainty out of a turbulent period of my life and left me with a feeling of resolution and closure.

Estate Litigation with Compassion and Integrity
Gary took my case which was alittle backwards for him, as he mostly works with plantiffs but I was the Defendant in a nasty battle with my siblings over my mothers estate. Gary and Tresa worked with me diligently over the past 4 yrs working on this case. He was always honest and sincere with all matters involved. I have worked with several lawyers in the course of my businesses and was now needing one for a volitable personal issue. He never lead me to believe that we had it in the basket but showed all the confidence in the facts. His professionalism showed in every aspect of this case. Long story short....Jury trial and a "Super Lawyer" lead to a WIN WIN for us. He always did his best to keep costs down without slighting any facts or details. In the courtroom, he made the other attorney look like he had never been in court before. His arguments and objections were creative. Gary would be my recommendation to anyone who needs the Best to represent them in court. Thorough, compassionate, caring, smart, professional...I could keep going on but...now it's time to talk about his paralegal Tresa. She always was there for me when Gary was busy. She is also professional and caring and there for the client. What a team. I am forever greatful to him and his firm. Please feel free to use the services of a winning team.

Highest Ethical Standards
In May 2009 I was in a devastating car accident that required me to have shoulder surgery. Gary Craw handled my case with utmost compassion, honesty and the highest of ethical standards. I recommend him unreservedly for personal injury cases.

Very Thankful
Gary took a case when there wasn't another lawyer that would touch it. He was very honest in his abilities. Through out my venture of trying to find someone to take my case, he was the only lawyer who did not treat you as if I was beneath him. He returned my calls personally. Tressa his leagl assistant went out of her way to make sure copays were paid to doctors so I was able to receive the necessary treatment that I needed. Through over a year they fought for me until the end. Both Gary & Tressa are very personal & caring. God knows I would never want to go through my fall again...But, if there ever comes a time I or someone I know needs a good lawyer, they will be the first called.

Gary Craw is an amazing attorney with the utmost in personal integrity and genuine human compassion!!!
My 19 year old son was in a serious car accident and suffered substantial injuries. I had consultations with eight other attorneys in Denver and Colorado Springs concerning the matter. Most only cared about $$$ signs; you could just tell. Another Colorado Springs attorney recommended Gary Craw and said he was “the best in the business.” Very true!!! Gary was all about my son’s needs. He aggressively pursued each and every legal avenue to get my son appropriate compensation and succeeded without err. In the courtroom, Gary was a legal Master!!! His arguments were extremely thorough and his responses to the defense’s arguments were clever, intelligent and successful. He literally humiliated the defense and their position. Gary Craw is the man you want next to you in a courtroom!!! Gary also has a superb paralegal (Tresa) who kept everything meticulously organized and on track! What a team!!! Our family will be forever grateful!!!

I was blessed to have Gary Craw as my Lawyer, he is my hero!
Gary is, and always will be my Guardian Angel. This was the most difficult thing I've ever had to do, and at times I felt as if I could no longer endure the pain of losing my father. Although the case seemed never ending, Gary always kept me informed in every aspect of the case. I was told that Malpractice Lawsuits are the hardest to win, but I never gave up and neither did Gary. Justice did prevail and we WON our Medical Malpractice lawsuit against Dr. Robert Gross. Although it was a long tedious battle, Gary never gave up and he kept me positive. Gary is my Hero! I would highly recommend Gary to anyone needing a positive and professional experience.
