Dan Kay doesn’t farm cases out to a stable of lawyers; he personally works on them himself…even the smaller ones like mine. And, in my cases, he was persistent and creative in making sure the insurance company took care of me like it should. Through no fault of my own, I ended up in two car accident...s over the last year. I thought I’d try to reason with the insurance company so I didn’t have to use litigation. But the agents offered me only $2,000 on my first case, and, after claiming I was negligent, said they’d pay nothing on my second.
