Very Timely and knowledgeable

Dan Kay offered timely service, responded immediately to my call and was very knowledgeable about specific areas of traffic violation questions. Dan was highly recommended by another well respected retired attorney in Colorado Springs, CO.

DUI

Dan helped my daughter with a DUI offense that she incurred while in college. He was reassuring, caring and worked hard to get her the best deal possible. I can't say enough good things about our experience with him, and I would highly recommend him.

Hard working, gets everything done, works until you reach what is needed.

Dan worked day in and day out and resulted in removing terrible charges from a DWAI down to a reckless driving, and removing nearly all fee's. He works to your schedule and remains very patient. Loves those that he works for and gives you everything you need from time and understanding to communicati...on and application in the court room. I could not recommend a better lawyer for any situation.

Concerned and Understanding

Dan was very helpful in a domestic dispute I had with my wife. He was able to convince her to allow me back in the home and helped guide us to a path of recovery. He was able to have me removed from supervision and was very patient with my anxiety and confusion.

Restraining Order

I was referred to Dan Kay by my divorce attorney for assistance with the process of getting a temporary restraining order against my husband of 26 years in a domestic violence case. During my first visit, Dan explained thoroughly to me that I actually had three cases going at one time: a need for a ...temporary restraining order that should progress to a permanent restraining order; a criminal case because of the felony charges against my husband and the divorce. He patiently answered my questions. As the restraining order process progressed, Dan kept me well informed as to the status of of the case and court dates. Dan is an attorney that treats you with kindness, compassion and dignity. One way he showed this to me was that he brought his adult daughter to sit with me in court so I would not have to sit alone. Dan is very professional and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend you contact him if you are in need of an attorney.
