Linda Sue saw me through my legal case during a very stressful time in my life. She handled my case from start to finish and didn’t miss a beat when it came to legal maneuvering and timing. She always called and informed me when there was any movement on the part of the DA or the Court and sent me copies of all information and documents she received . I never hesitated to call if I had a question and she returned my phone calls promptly. If she was in trial or couldn’t address my question immediately she made arrangements to get back to me in a timely manner. She did not waste my time or money pursuing things, that in her professional judgment, would be futile and she used the fees I paid her economically. She was also a good source of emotional support, recognizing when I was developing a “defeatist” attitude and provided strength and perspective when I ran out of my own. It was my observation that she stays on top of her game, devoting a lot of time to continuing legal education in her areas of expertise. I cannot imagine having gone through my divorce without her. She was the absolute perfect balance between being professional and serving as some emotional support when I was going through the most difficult time of my life. She gave me hard advice that I needed to hear at times, which has to be rare... because I am sure most just tell people what they want to hear. She was very creative about how to be my best advocate - taking care to note details that I would have forgotten if I had been my own advocate. Plus I will add that she is a very warm person to spend time with- very authentic. She made some unbelievably difficult times manageable. Also, she is relentless in getting the best outcome for me. A friend of mine called her a bulldog - and I like that metaphor. But she is not unreasonably so. There were times that other lawyers made themselves look bad by being awful to judges and staff, thinking that they are fighting for their client, all the while making their client look bad. Lindasue never did that - she always knew when to hang back. And her knowledge of the law - and common procedures - is outstanding. I just cannot say enough good about her. I would recommend her strongly to anyone going through a divorce. And if it was a close friend, I would almost insist. I can't imagine a better criminal defense or divorce lawyer.

Lindasue is very unprofessional. When I asked questions she barked at me and rolled her eyes. She came to court totally unprepared, and ultimately lost my case due to that fact. She charged me for obtaining bank records through subpoena despite the fact I had the records in my possession. Her commu...nication skills are direly lacking.
