Excellent Attorney
Mother of two with alcoholic ex-husband, who has pulled every small minded behavior that you could think of. Lindasue has been amazing throughout the divorce process and ensuing custody battles. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Dangerous woman
Would give negative if I could. Unscrupulous, trashy and unprofessional. No class, no ethics, let's her personal feelings get in the way. Do NOT hire her. The damage she does in child custody cases is beyond repair.

Sadly, Ms. Smollen doesn't even know the difference between ordinary legislation and a general constitutional standard.
