Mark is a gem!
Mark helped me with a criminal case and was able to minimize the negative impacts on my life. It's been two years now and the outcome could have been very different without Mark in my corner. He knows the individuals, the court, and has a realistic perspective on what will happen. If you find yourself in a difficult situation , it's worth it to have him by your side.

Outstanding Representation!
Mark, assisted a close family member on a sensitive case involving a criminal charge of leaving the scene of an accident, reckless driving and criminal mischief. Mark expertly and patiently guided us through the process and was by our side every step of the way. We obtained a much better than expected result and thankfully avoided trial. Amazing Defense Lawyer
Finding myself in need of criminal defense was one of the most terrifying phases of my life. Mark Langston was the hero that saved me. He is an extremely skilled man and is extremely well known in the legal community. He has a good reputation among prosecutors, judges, et cetera. the best
My son needed the services of Mr. Langston earlier this year . We interviewed several attorneys in Boulder and Mark was clearly the most knowledgeable. He didn't always tell us what we wanted to hear, but in hindsight i can say that he always spoke the truth. Mark exceeded my expectations and i appreciate him for what he did during a difficult time.

One Kind of Superman
Mark Langston is a wonderful Lawyer; he was nonjudgmental for an embarrassing issue in my life that could really have affected my future and career. The charges and sentencing were minimized drastically, resulting in some community service and one class. He was very efficient and maintained contact with me until the probation period was over (a year later) so that the charges could fully be removed my record. Overall he was a superman that really made a bad situation a lot better. Thanks!!!

Mark did a great job in my case...
I was charged with DUI. Mark worked with me to guide me through the legal process, represented me well in court, and helped me through the post trial process. I strongly believe his comments to the court after I pled guilty influenced the judge in his sentencing decision. Mark's comments in court on my behalf in themselves were worth every penny of the legal fees. I would recommend Mark to anyone fighting a DUI.

Excellent help when you need it most
We faced a difficult family crisis and despite the fact that we were separated by thousands of miles, Mark made us feel like help was just around the corner. He had a no nonsense approach and helped us navigate difficult choices and achieve a result that was the best we could hope for under the circumstances. He explained everything thoroughly with patience and never made us feel patronized. He has continued to help us over the months and years as our case spanned an extended time line in two states.He has always been professional, timely and fair.

Marijuana is Not Always Legal
If you’re under 21, it’s still illegal. Mark helped me get my charges reduced to a minor charge. He was professional, knowledgeable and honest about my entire experience. He walked me through the process and didn’t hide anything from me. He was responsive to needs and was fair with his fees.

Excellent Attorney Under Very Difficult Circumstances
Mark was literally a life saver. My adult child was arrested on several drug violations. We were several thousands of miles away when this occurred. Mark knew exactly what to do in order to first make sure that the client was released from jail quickly. Mark then guided us successfully through the legal process which took several months, making sure we made the right moves both for the health of the client and the success of the case. Over the entire period, Mark was supportive, responsive and knowledgeable about the process. The client received probation even though a prison sentence was a distinct possibility. I fear what the result would have been if we had not had Mark as our attorney - our child's future might have looked a lot different.

As good as it gets
I had a some unique circumstances in my experience with Mr. Langston as my case on which he was working was opened with a different attorney. However, from my first correspondences with Mr. Langston I knew that I had made a good decision to switch. Mark's diligence, approachability and empathy made it feel as though my case was the only one he had. Communications were clear, anticipated my questions and incredibly quick. Having inherited my case only after the ruling was made it is hard for me to provide much on his work up to that point in a case life-cycle, but I received nothing but the best and quickest possible outcomes from the point that Mr. Langston took over on my case. He was most's first recommendation when I first sought an attorney and I wish I had chosen him from the start.
