Mark was literally a life saver. My adult child was arrested on several drug violations. We were several thousands of miles away when this occurred. Mark knew exactly what to do in order to first make sure that the client was released from jail quickly. Mark then guided us successfully through th...e legal process which took several months, making sure we made the right moves both for the health of the client and the success of the case. Over the entire period, Mark was supportive, responsive and knowledgeable about the process. The client received probation even though a prison sentence was a distinct possibility. When I first hired Mark to defend my son's dwai, my son initially thought it might be best to listen to what his friends said and experienced when they went through the same situation. Very quickly, my son learned that his friends didn't know crap. He then took an about face and did every single thing Mark suggested. By listening to Mark and following through, my son was able to stay in school and minimize his legal punishments rather dramatically. This does NOT mean he will "get you off"; that is nearly impossible in today's strict anti-dui society.
