Ethan McQuinn is a Founding Partner of Dulin McQuinn Young, a Personal Injury law firm in Denver, Colorado.
Mr. McQuinn attended Cedarville University in Ohio, where he earned his undergraduate degree, before graduating from the University of Colorado School of Law, in Boulder, Colorado, with his Juris Doctorate.
His practice focuses on assisting clients with their injury and accident cases. He has appeared on multiple local television stations and is recognized for his knowledge and commitment to his clients. Mr. McQuinn was selected for inclusion in the 2012 and 2016 lists of Rising Stars by Colorado Super Lawyers® Magazine. This distinction is reserved for attorneys who have demonstrated outstanding professional achievement in their field or practice. Mr. McQuinn was also selected in the Super Lawyers® list (2017 – 2026).
Ethan McQuinn has also served as a presenter for the Colorado Bar Association, where he participated in a panel discussion entitled: “From the Plaintiff’s Perspective” at “Premises Liability Litigation—Plaintiff and Defense Perspectives.”
Ethan McQuinn worked on and went to trial on the ground-breaking case Gonzales v. Mascarenas. This case changed the wrongful death law in Colorado so that a parent can now bring a wrongful death claim on behalf of a nonviable fetus born alive.
He also co-counseled the ground-breaking case Etherton v. Owners Insurance, which helped define when cases can be brought against insurance companies for unreasonable delay or denial of claims. He has orally argued before the Colorado Court of Appeals as well as the 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.
He has served as trial counsel on multiple six and seven-figure verdicts.
Mr. McQuinn strongly believes the way to obtain the maximum settlement is to prepare and be ready to go to trial if the insurance company won’t pay fairly. He is dedicated to helping people seek compensation for their recovery after an accident or other serious personal injury case in Denver. He is a member of many professional associations, including the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, the Colorado Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Minoru Yasui Inn or Court.
