Biography
Chad Hemmat is a co-founding principal partner at Anderson Hemmat personal injury law firm serving clients in Colorado. Mr. Hemmat earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver College off Law. As a student, he has extensive experience working in personal injury litigation and is personally involved in every step of the legal process. He gives each case the personal care and attention that it needs and is wholeheartedly focused on the best interest of his client. Without a strong, aggressive and assertive legal representation, accident victims may not revive financial compensation they are due. Mr. Hemmat began his legal career working for a Hawaiian law firm. He eventually moved to Colorado and spent the next nine years working as an associate and partner at a respected law firm in Littleton.
Today, he works with clients in Denver and the surrounding areas. He believes that careless and negligent people should be held responsible for their actions. Mr. Hemmat’s legal practice is completely devoted to litigation, and he is experienced in a wide variety of personal injury practice areas. Mr. Hemmat is ready to assist clients in car crashes with injury, commercial trucking accidents, slip & fall, motorcycle accidents and construction accidents. Additionally, he is familiar with catastrophic injury cases, nursing home abuse claims and wrongful death claims. He has been a member of the Colorado Bar, the U.S. Court of Appeals 10th Circuit and the U.S. District Court District of Colorado since 1991.
