6 Months ago I started a journey that everyone close to me and outside of my circle of friends thought impossible. Tim Eirich was our lawyer through our foster to adopt, second parent adoption, as well as through a conflict over bio-family visitation following our adoption. Tim Eirich supported us through our journey to adopt our foster son. Our case was complicated which lead to a two day trial to terminate parental rights of our foster son's biological mother. Tim was great to work with. He is very professional yet down to earth. He did a great job putting us at ease when we were freaking out. From the very beginning he let us know the possible directions our case could go. Our case was unique as he represented us in a contested placement hearing before te...rmination of parental rights, at the termination of parental rights, and another contested placement hearing after TPR. Tim always seemed to be the most prepared in the courtroom and was head and shoulders above any other attorney present. We always felt like he was fighting as hard as we were for our foster daughter. Without Tim we know she would no longer be with us. He is the reason our family is complete. We almost didn't retain him through to the adoption, but man are we glad we did. The adoption was going to be rescheduled at the last minute and we are confident it is because of him we were able to proceed that day. We wouldn't recommend anyone else!
