Could not recommend Tim Eirich enough!!!!

Tim was recommended to my wife and I by a number of other foster parents when our foster daughters case reached a point where we felt compelled to intervene. From the initial consultation through the end of the case, Tim always acted professional, patient and confident. He always took the time to exp...lain things to us that I am sure he has explained a thousand times before to other clients and never left us feeling like we were being annoying. Tim's professionalism and knowledge of the law are incredible, you can almost feel the respect he garners from other lawyers and judges when he appears in court. My wife and I are so thankful for Tim and without question, we would recommend his services to anyone in need.

Incredible Attorney

We hired Tim for a complicated case we had for our foster daughter that we had since birth. I really can’t say enough about Tim and all the work he did for us. He is Incredibly professional and knows the law. He represented us in court during trial hearings and walked us through the process so we kne...w exactly what to expect. He broke down emails and different court documents we got that didn’t make sense to my husband or I. He would get answers for us when no one else would. He would check in regularly to go anything new and make sure all our questions were answered. What was a very stressful time to adopt our daughter he made us feel at ease. It was great having someone so smart and professional and really someone that Judges respect represent us in court. I can’t say thank you enough! We won our case and if you Need someone to help you I would 100% recommend Tim Eirich.

Highly recommend Tim Eirich

Tim was instrumental in helping us win a year-long, complex inter-state custody case with multiple parties involved. Tim’s approach was always well thought-out and professional. At all times Tim provided sound counsel and helped prepare us for difficult court proceedings. When you are navigat...ing through moments of uncertainty you want someone on your side that will have a vested interest achieving the best possible outcome for you and your family. Although it’s not possible to make guarantees when dealing with complicated legal matters, it is reassuring when your legal counsel makes your case their own case. It could be the difference between having a favorable outcome or not. We highly recommend hiring Tim as legal counsel!

No one could ever imagine being in this situation. With our 1st grandson (a premier) being taken away from his parents, due to injuries that were unexplainable, we needed expert legal advice and direction. We were referred to Tim Eirich by our daughters attorney. We could not have been more pleased ...with the process and the outcome. In a nutshell, Tim was able to assist us in getting our grandson out of foster care and into our care. And eventually he was placed in the care of his parents. We are beyond thankful for his service. As you can imagine, this is one of the most stressful situations in which one can ever find themselves. You feel as though you have no control over anything. Tim kept us cool and collected in times where we were anything but. His clear, concise advice guided us through the most difficult of times. He truly cared about us and our grandson and was always accessible. If one ever finds themselves in need of Mr. Eirich’s expertise, I wouldn’t hesitate to secure him as your attorney.

Knowledgeable, skilled, caring

We have hired Tim twice and we are beyond grateful for his representation. He is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced; he knows child welfare law inside and out. He has helped litigate landmark cases that have changed Colorado child welfare law to benefit of children and has supported children an...d families throughout the state. There is no question he is an expert in his field, the best of the best. While he is skilled and well versed in law, what truly sets Tim apart is that he is a good human who clearly cares about the children and families involved in his cases. From the first meeting with him, his sincerity and authenticity is apparent. He has a gentle sense of humor that helps diffuse emotionally charged situations. Tim is honest. He gives trustworthy legal advice based not only on the law but on what is moral and ethical. A client can feel confident he will only accept a case for the right reasons. He will be honest and forthcoming throughout the case, even when it may be difficult to hear or to his financial detriment. When recommending him to others, we always share that the first time we met with him he actually recommended we not becoming involved in the case. He didn’t feel there was sufficient grounds and felt it might be harmful to the situation in the long run. He was absolutely right and he guided us based on what was ethical rather than possible personal financial gain. Along these lines, we have found him to be highly ethical in his billing practices. He seems to round down in his billing hours and doesn’t seem to charge for shorter calls and emails. Once he drove two hours in a snow storm to attend court. He easily could have charged extra for travel time since there were slow, precarious driving conditions that doubled his commute, but he did not. His skilled representation is worth every cent we’ve ever paid, but it is worth mentioning because it’s a concrete illustration of his basic ethics. He is ethical in all he does. Tim is also wise and calm with an inherent talent for law. Child welfare cases can be emotional at times. He keeps level headed in all situations and is able to deduce and present all possible courses of action in an understandable manner. He has excellent instincts and is spot on with his recommendations and evaluations of situations. In short, Tim is simply an very good person on top of being an excellent lawyer. The outcome of his representation impacts our daily life in the most profoundly beautiful ways and we recommended him wholeheartedly to anyone seeking a child welfare lawyer.
