First and foremost- THIS REVIEW WOULD NOT CHANGE IF WE LOST OUR CASE. We did win however regardless of the outcome of our case Mr. Eirich believed in this case and he did his best to represent us and our children. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------...---------------------------------------------------------- I have wrote this review several times and then erased the entire thing. I wanted to express in the right words and convey my thought concise and clearly. Responsive & Informed- We were always informed, good or bad news, never left in the dark. Tim answered all of our questions, even if we sounded as if we were in left field. He would respond to calls and emails immediately, never had to track him down. Trustworthy- When we found out that our case was switching from Seth to Tim, I was terrified because I was afraid, Tim won my husbands trust from the first meeting. Tim was really trying with me, making jokes or being soft, I just couldn't open-up. I was afraid because the reality was THE LIVES OF OUR CHILDREN rest in his hands. I have never been with a more compassionate and caring attorney. Technically, it isn't apart of the job but he had real emotions and seriously cared about my mental state, emotional state and physical state. Yes, he really checked-in to see how we were doing!! Still brings tears to my eyes. Through this case we were also three months pregnant which resulted in a tubal pregnancy... two surgeries with chemo shots. Yes...he won my trust. He is very knowledgeable in law. We never doubted his competence / expertise. Tim displayed proficiency from day 1 to month 10! I must add his assistant to this review. Mrs Ondine was amazing in helping me feel comfortable in the court room knowing I had to face my abusive ex-husband, after almost 5 years. To hear the opposing counsel's lies and continuously referring me to my ex-husband's name, Ondine kept me calm and sane. One last positive comment, On our first appearance in court Seth, to whom we first hired, came to wish us well. The small things never go unnoticed. This team is amazing. I hope they continue to bless more families. Truly I say to you- between Tim and which ever judge, they are liken to a surgeon because the future lives of their clients rest in their hands. Tim was invaluable in bringing comfort to our family during the challenging process of adopting our son from foster care. Initially, he came highly recommended from at least 10 individuals that had no connection to one another. When we first met him in our consultation meeting he displayed a pletho...ra of knowledge in child welfare and gave it to us in layman’s terms. We liked the fact that his background in law related to defending children through the Rocky Mountain Children's Law Center. He showed a compassionate quality that gave us confidence in his ability to help us. We sensed he could also relate to our plight because of having children of his own. After hiring him, Tim worked fervently in obtaining all of the relevant information that was needed in eventually winning our case. Tim was flexible, adaptable and accountable throughout. He was respectful to the extended family which will allow us to maintain future contact with our son's biological family. For our son's sake this was very important. In the courtroom, he once more proved to us why we hired him. That day in court he wrapped himself around our worries and fears like a warm, comfortable blanket on a chilly morning. That day was a grandiose culmination of all the hard work he had put into representing our family. We are grateful that Tim entered into our lives. He is first and foremost, a great person, and just happens to be fantastic lawyer, too.

Tim Eirich was absolutely amazing. He helped us through a very difficult situation with our adoption agency. During the entire process Tim was knowledgeable, kind, and quick to respond. After raising our foster child, we were at risk of losing him to relatives who entered the picture at the very last second, Tim made all the difference in our case and helped push the adoption through much quicker as well. He is well known in the foster community as someone who gets the job done and ...fights for foster parents and ultimately the child's best interest. Tim is VERY well versed in Colorado Adoption Law. We called his firm based on the several recommendations from local and national adoption agencies as well as recommendations from friends that have used his firm. Tim helped us finalize the adoption of our infant son. He made the rather complex proce...ss go very smooth (or at least seem smooth on our end).
