We started out with an "I do not really know how this will go" prognosis. We were clearly a different sort of animal, being in a very complicated adoption placement situation for months! Tim, however, was able to navigate those very, VERY muddy waters and not only eased us throughout this entire proc...ess but actually helped us WIN!! Tim is what I would consider to be an expert in the adoption field when it comes to lawyers. He knows the ins, the outs, and the potential pitfalls. His professionalism was unmatched in and out of court and surpassed our original expectations. While we still have a ways to go, permanent placement was a HUGE victory. We were so impressed with Tim that we actually are keeping him on for the rest of the process even though it is being handled by Social Services. We would recommend Tim and his firm HANDS DOWN! You can not get a better attorney anywhere in our opinion.

Mr. Eirich represented myself and my family in a respectable, genuine matter. He was extremely knowledgeable in his field and legal expertise. I wouldn't have trusted anyone else to pursue my case. My case was a parental termination and adoption. We did not expect the other party to show up to cou...rt to fight, but he did. Mr. Eirich went with the flow, represented us as if he expected him to show up. Mr. Eirich made the difference for our family and knew exactly which aspects of the case to emphasize so that it was a favorable decision. He is very honest and follows the rules to a tee! Also, Mr. Eirich is straightforward during the consultation and gives an honest opinion of the likely case outcomes (pros & cons), which was great, so that we could decide if we should financially take the chance. In preparation for our court hearing, everything was very streamlined and timely (unlike my divorce hearing with another lawyer). Without reservation, I would do this all over again and I would pay any amount of money to have the representation of Mr. Eirich!
