Wonderful Experience

My husband and I had a very long and arduous adoption journey and encountered a lot of lawyers and agencies that did not have our best interest in mind. But by the time we actually were able to get to the finalization part of our adoption, Tim Eirich was exceptional. He communicated often and clearl...y. He told my husband and me exactly what to expect, what would happen, and what we had to know, what papers we needed--and did not need--to obtain. But most importantly, my husband and I had to leave the country with our new baby before the finalization was to take place. Tim worked extremely hard for us to be able to make that trip, building in time for getting his passport, etc. Our finalization was done in record time--shockingly quickly--and we were able to go abroad. Our faith in adoption attorneys was restored. We could not recommend Tim Eirich more highly.

Timothy Eirich Review

I would absolutely recommend Tim to any of my family or friends. I am very grateful for the services he provided to me and my wife. His passion, expertise and dedication made all of the difference in our case! We would not have been able to adopt our wonderful son if it had not been for Tim's hard wo...rk. Several months ago my wife and I were faced with losing our foster son who had been placed in our home for eventual adoption. We were devastated. Everyone we talked to at the Division of Child and Family Services told us there was nothing that we could do about it. We just couldn't accept that, so we reached out to a guardian ad litem that we had worked with in the past to see if he could share any thoughts. He strongly recommended that we contact Tim. We then went through several months of very contentious court hearings where no one would stand up for us and our son but Tim. I really can't express how grateful we were to have someone fighting for us. It was clear to us from the very first hearing that Tim had far more conviction and passion that our case was right than any of the attorneys who were arguing against us. We knew all along that it was a long shot that we would win our case but we felt we had to fight anyway to try to protect our son. We were just trying to make sure that we had done everything we could to help him but expected it to be a losing battle. There were 4 attorney's arguing against us and Tim. In spite of all of that, we won our case! We have now adopted our son and he is part of our forever family. Throughout the case Tim demonstrated his expertise with the Law and an ability to read and understand people and the system we were working within. There's just no way that our story would have had a happy ending without Tim! We will be forever grateful.

Our adoption experience with Tim Eirich

I am so grateful that we found Tim to help us adopt our great granddaughter, whom we have had custody of since November 2009. From the beginning, Tim made clear that we had a difficult battle because of our particular case, but he was willing to go for it if we wanted to proceed. In our favor was th...e fact we wanted to secure her future financially through military and Social Security benefits. Our ages of 75 and 79 were definitely not a positive factor. Within a few days of our initial meeting with Tim, we knew we had found the right person to walk us through the long adoption process. He was quick to return any calls or emails, answered endless questions, and was open and honest with us the whole way. We never felt like we weren't in a partnership with Tim...we worked together, and that was a big factor in being patient through several delays with background checks, hearing dates being changed, etc. Tim knows his business....we found him to be very confident, competent and capable, plus he has a great personality. We do not hesitate to say that he is a great attorney......you won't be sorry if you retain him.

Best attorney you can find in a Child Foster to Adopt Case!!!

Extremely competent and well spoken in preliminaries and trial. Tim and his associate Seth Grob are the best in this field. My wife and I had a pecular senario with a little girl that we are seeking to adopt if she becomes available and we were able to successfully get permanent placement due to Tim'...s outstanding litigation skills and knowledge base on attachments. Prior to hiring Tim we had researched who was the best in the state and everything pointed back to Tim and his associate Seth. They have successfully litigated and created case precident in Colorado on many cases involving adoption issues. I was highly impressed when in trial that the opposing attorney was going to attempt to make it a smear campaign. Immediately Tim put a halt to it with his opening statement stressing that we would refuse to mud sling and harm potential future relationships between the two families seeking permanent placement of this child. That had set the tone for the trial and I'm happy to say that the relationship with the other family is starting to flourish.

Adoption of Hope with Tim Eirich

Tim did a fabulous job for us. We had some very scary moments in the beginning of the process and he was able to keep me calmed down. He was always very responsive when we called or emailed with a quick turn around. If we every decide to adopt again in the future we will definitely use Tim. I wil...l tell all my friends and family members that need assistance with an adoption to call Tim and his associates.
