Biography
I am a tireless advocate for my clients. I am dedicated to fighting for the best possible outcomes for my clients. I am committed to making sure that all my clients fully understand their rights and the options they have after being accused of a crime.
I have represented over 1500 clients in the last 5 years on cases ranging from homicide to careless driving and almost everything in between. I am a trial lawyer who understands that no person should face the power of the police and the government without experienced and knowledgeable counsel.

DUI Work
- Currently certified to perform the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. These tests are the ones used by police officers to arrest people for DUIs.
- Presented at the Office of the State Public Defender Conference on the topic of challenging the police officer experts in Driving Under the Influence of Drugs cases.
- While at the Office of the State Public Defender, taught new county court lawyers and interns how to fight DUI cases, starting from negotiations to motions to trial strategies.
- Currently volunteers at the Office of the State Public Defender teaching Deputy Public Defenders trial tactics including challenging blood cases through understanding Gas Chromatography, challenging the Intoxilyzer 5000 for breath cases, themes and methods for defending refusals, and strategies appropriate for cases of all types.
Undergraduate
I attended the University of Colorado at Boulder as a Boettcher Scholar, a National Merit Scholar, and a President’s Leadership Class Scholar. After initially focusing on Physics and Math, I became involved with politics and philosophy, interning at the State Capitol for Senator Dorothy Rupert. Witnessing and participating in a small portion of her work defending vulnerable populations helped solidify my commitment to fight for the underdogs in society. I graduated with a degree in Philosophy.
Juris Doctor
I graduated Cum Laude from Arizona State University’s College of Law. During my time at ASU, I volunteered for the ACLU, conducting interviews of pretrial detainees discussing the horrific conditions at the Maricopa County Jail. I also interned for a Federal District Court Judge, researching and drafting orders. Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, and Torts drew me in because of the unfairness and overwhelming advantage the government and large corporations had over every other person in this country.
