As a OTR truck driver, it can be difficult at times to deal with certain situations. I found myself facing a "Serious violation" on my driving record which can be detrimental to a driver. After speaking with my first attorney, I assumed the worst and that it was going to be on my record for the 3 yea...rs. Not giving up hope, I found a second attorney and he told me that who I really needed to be speaking with was Mr. Charlie Fife. Best decision I ever made was switching lawyers to Charlie Fife. I was referred to Charlie by a close friend after hearing my concerns about my existing lawyer. I was charged with a DUI, and although my current lawyer was doing a pretty good job, I didn't want to face a DUI Charge on my record f...or life, and felt this was likely, with my existing council. I got arrested for a DUI and blew a 0.105.
