Life Saver

I hired Steve Burstein for a case where I was falsey accused of domestic violence. The entire situation was a nightmare. Steve completely took control and got ahead of the entire situation. He did what he is truly gifted at during the jury trial that lasted two days and got me acquitted of all three ...serious charges. I owe my life to Steve.

Hire Steve!

I could not be more grateful for the work that Steve Burstein did on my DUI case. I hired him after I was pulled over and accused of drinking and driving last year. My case was long, drawn out, and fairly complicated; however, Steve always made himself available. He gave me great advice, reassured me..., and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. He was also very patient with my exhausting amount of questions over the course of 9 months. My case was continued several times and even included an 8 hour motions hearing, and he made me feel as though my case was important to him the whole time even though he is very busy with a lot on his plate. He represented me incredibly well and was able to get my case dismissed even though I had a very, very high BAC. Without his help, I would have been convicted and had a DUI on my record for the rest of my life. Hire Steve - you won’t regret it! I am extremely thankful I found Steve at Steinburg & Springer and would recommend him to anyone.

One of the best!

If you are in need of a DUI attorney, then Stephen Burstein is your man. He is knowledgeable of the laws and confident in what he does. He was not willing to accept the "standard" plea bargain the DA was offering and fought for me. Because of his expertise, I was found not guilty and I can now go ...on with my life. I would recommend Mr. Burstein to anyone looking for a strong attorney.
