I was facing some serious charges including assault,battery, and destruction of property. I was referred to Mike by another attorney. I got my 3rd dui 11 days after being sentenced for my second. Mike took on a losing case. He knew that. I knew that. But what neither of us knew was that we’d end up getting a pretty good deal. Mike accomplished nothing and was payed upfront. I had more evidences to substantiate my innocence. What does he do? To attend court via telephone, instead of inside courtroom, to present my evidence of innocence. When phone noise doesn’t allow me to hear what I’m agreeing to, he tells me to shut up.... It’s on tape. This man’s arrogance, or prejudice, shouldn’t be allowed and should be disbarred.
