Charles Lorin Fife

I was pulled over for a DUI and thought my career and life goals were history! I believe if it wasn’t for Charles Fife and his amazing talents I would have a dui on my record BUT I DON’T, all thanks to his amazing work! The first call I had with Mr. Fife I wasn’t myself, I was down, I thought I had no future and within that one phone call halfway across the country he told me to take a second to think about what goals I was striving towards before this incident. After I explained he quickly said “stop worrying and stop beating yourself up about this dui let me handle it and continue with your goals and tell your mind this never happened”. It was hard to do at first but slowly I got back on my feet and kept working towards my goals and the court case arrived and he simply got the DUI dismissed, dwai dismissed, and made it almost like it never even happened and to Charles Fife and his team I am beyond grateful for because they truly gave me another chance at continuing to peruse my goals in life.

I was facing an Assault charge. Charlie helped me navigate through it and I was able plead it down to a deferred judgment (probation). Mr. Fife has a great understanding of the law and fought hard for my interests. When a false, but more serious additional charge arose from the same incident, Cha...rlie immediately jumped into action to get that charge thrown out. He was always available to answer any questions I had regarding my case. Upon the end of my year of probation, Charlie help me to get my case dismissed and my record sealed. He was even able to convince the court to waive the record sealing fee.

Charlie did an amazing job at handling my case, he managed to get a 28 point ticket dropped down to DWAI with only 8 points. Charlie was professional when handling my case, he advised me to do certain things right... away so that I could get the process started. Charlie even said that it will help me out when it came to court and it did. Charlie and his team made sure that I was updated on any information that they received and would respond quickly to my emails or calls. I am very happy with Charlie and appreciate all of his hard work.
