Great lawyer ! Highly recommended!

I had a traffic ticket with near 30 points. I consulted several lawyers. We decided to hire him after our initial consultation. Mr. Robbins is very diligent, knowledgeable, and reliable. He analyzed my case in great detail and came up a very good strategy to help me to reduce the points so that ...I can at least keep my driver license. He kept me well informed about the status of my case. In the end, the results were far better than I expected. Not only the points got reduced by more than 90%, but also there was no fine charged. I was so relieved from the case. I highly recommend Mr. Robin. He is a great lawyer.

I am relieved to have found Monte Robbins

When I went through a divorce I had to interview several attorneys as I had no idea what was to come. I was glad that I did since two of them had horrible reviews and feedback. I saved tens of thousands of dollars finding the right attorney for that situation. Then another situation arose, drivi...ng while under intoxication. When I interviewed Monte Robbins, I didn't have to seek out other counsel. He was very knowledgeable not just with DUI's but specific to my particular circumstance. The DUI was not the my major problem. I was pulled over with a concealed carry weapon. I had no idea it was a class 2 misdemeanor with 1 to 12 months in jail. Monte didn't sugar coat anything, so I was prepared for the hole I dug. That hole became much bigger after I was pulled over again and cited for driving under revocation. I know was facing a minimum of not less that 30 days in jail. That, on top of a DUI and a gun charge, I hit bottom knowing I was facing jail time. Monte prepared me well for what was to come and in the end, the gun charge was dropped as well as the driving under revocation. He pleaded the DUI down to a DWAI. If it were not for the processes he put me through and the due diligence he had me perform, I feel very strongly that I would have spent the Holiday's in jail. From the stories I have heard in my alcohol classes, I am so glad I interviewed with Monte. I would certainly recommend him and hope I don't have to call him again!

Ticket dismissed

I live in Texas, and I received a ticket in Colorado that could hurt my chances of landing my dream job. I knew I needed a lawyer, but was worried about hiring a lawyer over the phone. I had talked to several lawyers in the area, but they were not as informative as Mr.Robbins. I knew he was the one I... wanted to represent me from a far. I would recommend him to anyone. He is professional, informative, in turn, gave me the reassurance I needed. Thank you!

Hired Monte again for his fantastic job!

I received a speeding ticket while rushing to the DIA airport to pick up my friend on the weekend. The first thing I did next Monday morning was to call Monte, because he did a fantastic job on my previous case several years ago (although the claim was different from the current one). He was again ve...ry professional and knowledgeable, and explained how the case could be handled by him and what might be expected. Since this was a second time to work with him, I trusted his judgment and all I needed to do was to wait without any stress until the court date. Monte was again very courteous and very easy to work with, and furthermore, he got my ticket further down to the charge that was much lower than the one he originally explained to me! If you are in trouble with a traffic violation, I would highly recommend Monte without any hesitation. Thank you for your fantastic help, Monte!
