Expectations Exceeded!

I don't write a ton of reviews, but this experience deserved one. First, I can't say enough good things about the firm as a whole. Everyone I interacted with from my initial consult phone call to the email exchanges with office admin etc. were absolutely wonderful, professional, and responsive. Just ...the fact that I was served with some documents on a Friday and with an initial appearance scheduled for a Tues and was able to secure representation over that weekend was amazing. But most of all, I'd like to say a few words about my chosen attorney, Alan Davis. I equally cannot say enough good things about him. Alan was by far one of the best and most reassuring and communicative lawyers I’ve ever worked with. Some context: I needed assistance with a civil matter that unfortunately in CO could be a permanent mark on my record. It was a very ridiculous and unnecessary situation that really did not need to be a matter brought before the courts. However, I absolutely wanted to win this case, and hiring a lawyer was the right choice. But out of all the firms I talked to, I felt the best with CLDG and Alan Davis. Not only did I give Alan every possible document or evidence I had to help us with this file, but Alan methodically and very professionally handled the arrangement of the exhibits and knew exactly what would be pertinent or not. In our court appearances, Alan was prompt, professional, courteous, and calming. He worked with me on every angle or aspect towards a resolution. We tried to be amicable to the other side, offering some concessions that were rejected. As I was extremely nervous and paranoid about the possibility of losing, Alan was consistently amazingly well prepared and reassuring. He made many points that I did not think of, explained how things could or would go, and how we had a response or solution for every situation. Alan was wonderful in his presentation in court with the judge and how he interacted with the other party in what was a highly emotionally charged and sensitive/tense situation. Alan was wonderful to work with at every step of this matter. The resolution was a successful “win” for me/us, and Alan and CLDG were instrumental in that resolution. Should I ever be in the unfortunate need of their services again, I would absolutely contact CLDG before anyone else. Thank you, Alan, and CLDG so, so much. You were worth every penny!
