Meagan is a wonderful attorney who specializes in helping domestic violence survivors like myself. She understands what we have been through, she is compassionate and knowledgable. She is on your side and will not back down to abusers. If you have a narcissist on the other side, Meagan knows how to h...andle them. I cannot recommend her enough.

Hire Meagan!

Meagan Moodie is a hard working, passionate, and knowledgable attorney. I really appreciated that she would level with me. Other attorneys I have worked with in the past would tell me we would win everything, and that ended up not being the case. Meagan knew enough, and was honest enough, to tell me ...the truth about my case. She made sure I always knew my risks and the potential outcomes. She was level headed, despite my ex being pretty abusive and extremely hard to deal with. She made sure my kids were always the first priority on our side, and it was very effective. Our CFI didn't fall for my ex's "charm" and took well to our reasonable positions. I would recommend Meagan to anyone in a custody or divorce, as well as if you need a protection order. She is a great attorney and you will be in great hands.

Forever grateful

Meagan was absolutely wonderful!! I can't even begin to express my gratitude towards her and all the help she gave me. Meagan saw me at some of my worst moments and not only helped me to get the protection I needed, she listened to every detail of my story, she comforted me and my family and was trul...y a blessing. I never would have been able to succeed in getting a protection order without her. She was willing to do whatever it took to help me obtain a permanent protection order. This entailed looking up immigration law, law in another state and even current cases at the supreme court level. I am forever grateful for her assistance and the assistance from project safeguard to finally give me peace, protection and the ability to recover from domestic violence. I highly recommend Meagan and her dedication to fighting domestic violence and her passion for advocating for women suffering from domestic violence and abuse. Meagan gave me a voice and a chance to be heard when I could not do it myself.

Great family law attorney

Where do I even start? Meagan is a fantastic, knowledgable, compassionate attorney. You can tell she has a great deal of experience in family law matters. She always takes the time to listen and understand your particular situation. No matter the day, she always took ample time to deal with my issues... and my case. I think it's hard to be "happy" at the end of a family law case, but I was very pleased with the outcome. She worked very hard and always kept the best interests of my children in mind.

What a Fantastic Attorney! Glad she was on "MY" side!!!

Meagan Moodie was referred to me from a friend who had used Meagan for her divorce and highly recommended her for my custody case. I must say, Meagan's expertise in "custody battles" was exceptional. Meagan made sure I fully understood what we were in for, what it would cost (which was, in my opinion...--- quite reasonable) and she didn't hide anything from me---which I truly appreciated. I had no surprises and I was quite impressed with how every detail seemed to be taken care of prior to going to court. I am quite pleased with the outcome and I can say---Meagan had to "fight" my ex and his attorney pretty hard to get me the outcome I wanted and my kids deserved. Hopefully I won't need to retain an attorney again for quite some time (if I do I will hire Meagan without question) I also however, would absolutely recommend Meagan to anyone in need of a divorce/custody attorney and actually--- everything pertaining to family law.
