Hire Meagan!

Meagan Moodie is a hard working, passionate, and knowledgable attorney. I really appreciated that she would level with me. Other attorneys I have worked with in the past would tell me we would win everything, and that ended up not being the case. Meagan knew enough, and was honest enough, to tell me ...the truth about my case. She made sure I always knew my risks and the potential outcomes. She was level headed, despite my ex being pretty abusive and extremely hard to deal with. She made sure my kids were always the first priority on our side, and it was very effective. Our CFI didn't fall for my ex's "charm" and took well to our reasonable positions. I would recommend Meagan to anyone in a custody or divorce, as well as if you need a protection order. She is a great attorney and you will be in great hands.

Great family law attorney

Where do I even start? Meagan is a fantastic, knowledgable, compassionate attorney. You can tell she has a great deal of experience in family law matters. She always takes the time to listen and understand your particular situation. No matter the day, she always took ample time to deal with my issues... and my case. I think it's hard to be "happy" at the end of a family law case, but I was very pleased with the outcome. She worked very hard and always kept the best interests of my children in mind.

Experienced and compassionate

Meagan's compassion and fierce resolve make her exactly who you want on your side when you're going through a divorce or similar difficult time. Meagan has the experience and knowledge to give you thoughtful and confident representation.

Terrible Experience

I came to Ms. Moodie after years of dealing with a DV relationship. She either is unaware of the signs of DV or ignorant to the situation. She made things more difficult every step of the way and made our situation worse and more contentious. She would take months to check emails and then read one... line and respond to that with no context. She lacked any understanding or compassion along the way. Made the most difficult time in my life 100x more difficult. I highly recommend staying as far away from this firm as possible.

Molly: You are not a client. I was appointed as a decision maker in your case and you do not like the decisions I am making. However, I am not the reason you cannot see your son right now. That is your own doing. You cannot take responsibility for your previous actions and how they have hurt your son. You can continue to blame dad, therapists, the decision maker, your attorney, and everyone else. The problem, however, lies with you. Go get some help.
