A caring lawyer

Remington was great from the start, came to our home on a Sunday to meet with me after I had been in a terrible car accident. He worked with the insurance companies and always kept us in the loop on all details. He listened to my opinion during the final stages of the settlement. He was able to set...tle and we received our settlement within a year,I feel like the settlement was fair, Thanks to Remington for all your hard work on my behalf

Great Lawyer

I went to Remington after a car accident I was in that resulted in injury. Remington came to my work to meet with me, as I’d already missed work due to the accident. He was easy to get ahold of and always kept me in the loop. When Remington contacting the other drivers insurance he told me what about... to expect them to come back at and it was the exact number they counter. Once he got everything settled I had my settlement check within 2 weeks. I would recommend Remington in the future if anyone needed a personal injury lawyer.

Excellent Lawyer, Great Person

Remington helped my wife and I with injuries sustained in a multi-car accident. At first I thought I would be able to deal with the insurance companies without legal representation, but quickly found out that these companies will only respond to experience and demands. Remington was able to step in a...fter my efforts and fix the situation. He took the time to understand the case, our injuries and how the accident effected us. After a few conversations he had us ready to proceed with our case and he made sure to communicate to us what reasonable and average expectations for the outcome of the case would be. I will recommended Remington to anyone I have the opportunity to.

Defending the average, hard-working man...

I can't say enough about how much Remington helped us! Our case was one where we were hit from behind by two vehicles; meaning that we had to deal with two different insurance companies, each pointing the finger at the other. It was an experience that my husband and I were not eager to have, but af...ter a few weeks had passed, I had consistent headaches and neck aches and knew there was a bigger problem. The insurance companies would not even agree to pay for the damages to our vehicle let alone any medical bills, and that is when we sought legal aid. When we met Remington he shook each of our hands, looked us in the eye and was ready to go into this case with energy and determination. This being a new and different experience I was intimidated but Remington kept a level head about our case and reminded us that the other parties in the case were not taking responsibility for what had happened the day of the accident. His guidance, defense, and confidence helped me to relax and put my full trust into his experience and thoughts about what the opposing lawyers were thinking and how they were going to approach us. It was a very different story once he stepped in, compared to when we were trying to speak with them by ourselves. I am actually afraid to think of what would have happened to us if it weren't for our knowledgeable counsel--I know that it would have been a horrible experience and would have contributed to my view of the world. It surely would have darkened my skies and perspective on what happens to folks not at fault in car accidents. I thank my lucky stars for people like Remington who represent and come to the defense of hard-working people like my husband and myself. Your time and dedication to your profession is truly appreciated! Thank you!
