Years ago, I wanted to make sure that our Client-Centered Service Policy was based on a recognition that what clients want most from their lawyers is care and concern. We found that client satisfaction is based more on how the client is treated than the results obtained. It’s obvious by your review, that you feel our care toward you and your cases and our performance in court fell short of your expectations. While we (and all lawyers) can never control the outcome of a court appearance, we can control how we interact with our clients. And it is here that we let you down. You came to our firm to hire me. And instead, you felt that I had passed you off to a series of different attorneys in my office. It has always been my firm’s position to maintain a “team” approach in order to better serve our client’s needs.
