Hired Adam after looking at options, the free consult made things more clear and I got real honest answers. He's the only one that told me my taxes may be taken and took some fees off for that. He did fight a lot at the hearing for me and submitted 3 plans to make it work. Tshirt kind of guy but new the law inside and outside. Glad I did it and the big firms I don't like so much. He did it and it was not hard for me. And cheap.

Adam was down to earth easy to work with. Lots of paperwork to gather like paystubs, but he always answered emails and made it simple, no bs, talked straight and to the point. Im happy and definitiely recommend. Funky office for sure. He didn't charge me for missing court which was good but the credit report was 40 dollars. Overall easy and I'm happy about it.

Fast, hard hitting, straight shooter. to the point. Stopped my garnishment before it happened. Charged way less than the sharks asking for 1800 dollars. Did what was promised, no complications, and answered my emails late at night when i was freaking out. I have referred lots of people to Adam and I am happy I did so.

I have worked so hard to ensure my credit is good. While trying to make a purchase with a credit card it was denied showing my card as cancelled. After contacting my credit card they informed me that Atom Ariola-Tirelle's office has filed chapter 7 on my behalf. I HAVE NEVER Filed for bankruptcy!!!

I was afraid to file for a chapter 7 case. Adam made it easy. He filed quickly and there were no issues. He came in on a weekend at one point to meet with me and that allowed my garnishment to stop asap. As far as price, I called many lawyers and firms. Mr. Tirella charged about 400 dollars less than all of them. He's a bit casual but carries himself professionally and is very informed about the law and how to practice. He made a potentially awful experience great and I'm back on my feet and well on my way to rebuilding thanks to his help.

  • DONT HIRE THIS LAWYER

This is the Absolute worst experience I have ever had with a lawyer, doesn't return your calls, emails, or messages. I have been going thru this process for the months already, I paid him, but Im the one who did all the work. He's worthless, and doesn't care about his clients at all. Do yourself a favor pay a little more to go with a professional, sometimes you do get what you pay for, and this gig isn't even worth $1.00

I had issues with Adam from the beginning.
He possesses no real organizational skills, probably does not own a suit or a tie, will not answer phone calls – emails, or file proper motions and forms to satisfy the court or the law.
$3000 bought me: having me finalize my OWN Discharge!
    He is worthless.

I had problems with Tirella from the start. He has zero organization skills, never remembers who you are and doesn't return phone calls or emails in a timely manner. You must keep all records of your interactions with him, including email and pay receipts as he will not manage these and you end up having to remind him things constantly. I would've changed lawyers early on, but didn't want to lose the money I'd already paid. Steer clear.

When I first started looking for some one to represent me in my bankruptcy case I felt overwhelmed and panic stricken about the whole process. After having my initial meeting with Mr. Tirella, he put me at ease about the whole situation and made me feel confident in his ability to accomplish my goals. I have heard horror stories from friends of mine about their personal experiences or stories that they had heard about the difficulties in going through this process, or just how unethical some lawyers can be. At no time during my bankruptcy did I ever feel that Mr. Tirella wasn't representing me or handling my case with the utmost importance.
From what I've seen, Mr. Tirella is a lawyer that cares deeply about his clients and wants to genuinely help those in need in anyway he can. I find these behaviors to be characteristic of someone who is ethically sound and has a good base of morals, I never felt like a $ or just another client. This is a rare quality in this day and age and I find it refreshing to know that Mr. Tirella is doing the right thing every day to help the people in his community.
In closing I just want to point out that my bankruptcy took only 90 days from the day of filing till the actual discharge, and I don't believe that it would have been so quick or easy if it hadn't been for the professionalism, knowledge, work ethic, or tenacity that Mr. Tirella brings everyday to his firm.
Thank you Mr. Tirella again for everything that you have done for me and I will be sure to refer my family and friends to your practice, for their legal needs.
