Professional, Down to Earth.

Professional and laid back lawyer, really knew the ins and outs of the law. Met with me personally every time and came in on a Sunday to make sure my case was done in time to stop my next check from being garnished. I'm really grateful for Adam's help.

Quick, Professional, Compassionate

Mr. Tirella dealt with my Chapter 7 bankruptcy efficiently. During what was a difficult time, he was reassuring and professional. He was clear in each of our meetings about what he needed from me and what I could expect from him. Everybody hits a tough time at some point. Mr. Tirella made it all seem... like something manageable. I'm glad to have this behind me. I'm even happier that the process was so smooth. I'm looking forward to starting over.

Excellent Experience All Around

We interviewed several attorneys before deciding on Mr. Tirella to handle our Chapter 7 case. We were very happy with our overall experience because we were in a financial pickle. My paychecks were being garnished and my wife's car was on the verge of being repossessed. Mr. Tirella personally took my... call, and offered to meet with us that same day. We weren't overwhelmed with legal paperwork, and were pleasantly surprised with his reasonable cost to file our case. Mr. Tirella has a no non-sense attitude which is what I wanted in an attorney. He was precise and very knowledgeable about the whole process and what was to be expected of us. We cant thank him enough.

I Would Look Elsewhere if I Were to do it Over.

Adam is cordial enough at first but is far from honest and forthcoming. He is terrible at communication and tends to be very condescending and belittling, often using phrases like, “I already told you about this” or “I explained this in our last meeting” or “That’s why I told you not to do this” etc.... He got offended when we asked questions about documents we needed to fill out and responded essentially asking if we were incompetent. In many cases I found he was lying to my face with his responses as the situations we were discussing had never been brought up in our very brief in person or telephone conversations. Essentially Adam repeatedly hides behind fine print and the mask of “I already told you the answer” and “if you question me you can find another lawyer” or “I’m going to charge you extra for harassing me”. Adam is also very difficult to contact. Emails generally went unanswered. Voice-mails usually took 2 to 3 days to be returned, sometimes after multiple return calls reminding him to call. While he did complete our bankruptcy I would not say it was a simple or smooth process. I would also warn right out of the box to record every conversation (in person or by phone), make copies of every email and make sure you are ready to defend yourself from him as he will make you feel really low, which is terrible when you are already at your lowest point looking for help.

Professional!

Mr. Tirella really came through for me. He personally answered all of my emails and questions and didn't nickel and dime me. Great service and the lowest cost I could find in Denver.
